Deep in downtown, Le Méridien New Orleans presents The Big Easy in all its glitzy glory. After a mega-million dollar refit, it mixes the city’s refined style and sense of fun, with pops of yellow and blue, music-inspired accessories, and reflections of New Orleans in its photography. Location’s key of course – it’s just 100 metres from Bourbon Street and Harrah’s Casino, and 300 metres from the French Quarter. And they’ve teamed up with The Sweat Social to bring you running tours, Priority Bicycles to offer bike hire, and three incredible art museums to give you complimentary entry. Returning to base, you can swim in the rooftop pool, dine on Deep South inspired dishes at LMNO, and take time out in The Hub – a café-come-bar with complimentary WiFi, a New American menu, and an evening aperitif hour featuring sparkling cocktails.

Checking in was an issue for us as my room had been cancelled by the 3rd party however this was quickly sorted by the hotel reception whilst doing so a mistake was made .
I was charged by mistake for the room that was already paid for as part of my package aswell as the fees .
I spoke to the hotel manager this evening regarding this not only accepting a mistake was made but went above and beyond to help and rectify the issue, as this had already flagged up the next morning.
Miss Carmen you are a credit to your guests and hotel,it was a pleasure meeting you and thank you for all you did you help as the travel agent wasn't taking any responsibility.
It was a very stressful time that put a damper on our trip but thanks to you we could enjoy our last day .
You get 5 stars from me .

We recently stayed at the Le Meridian for the Jazzfest.
During our stay we had the opportunity to interact with front desk Sharon Williams on a number of occasions and we were very disappointed to learn that she was not listed among the owners of the Marriott hotel chain. She was by far the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful hotel employee we have had the pleasure to enjoy.
Accordingly, we demanded that she be promoted to owner immediately. If there were no vacancies at the ownership level, we insisted that she receive a promotion and a raise effective yesterday.
Ms. Williams was committed to our enjoyment and satisfaction. She may actually be the greatest front desk clerk in the history of front desks.

Bree, Vegas and Erica went out of their way to curate meals for my 2 year old daughter. This was most impressive. For this fact alone I would visit this property again as my family…

For this fact alone I would visit this property again as my family was able to fully relax knowing my child would be satisfied.
