238 Chambers, all of which are two-chambered with a dressing room and a sleeping area separated by a sliding door. Facilities include air-conditioning, flat-screen HDTV, telephone, tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, mini-bar, safe*, hairdryer, and iron and ironing board. 

Standard Chambers with either 1 queen-size bed, 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

City View Chambers have either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Rooftop Chambers are located on the top floor with sweeping skyline views, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Commons Club (located in the main hotel lobby). Funny Library Coffee Shop (located on the hotel's first level). Rooftop pool and lounge. Evening entertainment. Room service*. 24-hour fitness centre. Complimentary WiFi access. Meeting & event spaces. Valet parking $51 plus tax per night.

The amenity fee is waived for Virgin Atlantic Holidays' guests, saving $29.05 plus tax per room, per night (payable locally, fee subject to change).

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Decor was chic & stylish, bed was very comfortable, staff friendly. I love the view & atmosphere on the rooftop by the pool & the variety of food options. Will definitely visit again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The king size bed was AMAZING! I loved the chamber suite design 10/10 I will be staying here again. The pool club drinks were so delicious and the bartender knew exactly what I wanted by just asking me a few simple questions. The happy hour in the commons area was 10/10 w/recommendations from the waitress the experience was personalized!

This is great hotel in a nice location. Our room was clean, quiet and comfy. We enjoyed the excellent food and drinks, and the roof top pool and lounge. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ryan B. If you're in New Orleans, this is the place to stay!

amazing mix of functional and beautiful. the beds are SO comfortable. Ryan B was super helpful as well with our luggage, shout out to him! highly recommend forbidden pizza next door. the pies are huge, so you might only need one. we will be back next year!

The hotel was very unique and courteous. The bellboy, Ryan B was very friendly, efficient and supportive especially to our son with special needs. He helped us checking in and he told us his availability to help us when we were checking out. His kindness and hardworking spirit were deeply appreciated by all of us!
