Where is it

Right next to Bridgestone Arena, home of sporting events and concerts, this hotel fronts Walk of Fame Park, which leads straight to the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum. In the other direction, it’s just a block from live music venues and Ryman Auditorium, which was given National Historic Landmark status for its importance in country music. It’s also just two blocks from the 2nd Avenue district and offers easy access to the downtown zone’s dining, shopping, and honky tonk bars. Transfer time from Nashville International Airport: 10 minutes.

Jonathan at valet took good care of me and my family , helped us up to the room and made sure we didn’t need anything else for the night , Very pleased with this hotel. Front desk explained the hours and told us about the restaurants inside the hotel.

Excellent location minutes walking distance to all the great places off Broadway. Great service at the hotel. We had a mini suite with 3 people and it was just enough space. Room included a mini drip coffee maker and mini refrigerator. I did not go to the restaurant but did use the mini mart for a snack. The fitness room was hot … not sure if… Read more

Room included a mini drip coffee maker and mini refrigerator. I did not go to the restaurant but did use the mini mart for a snack. The fitness room was hot … not sure if the air conditioning was broken but they should keep the room at a cooler temperature and the fitness room could use some improvements … there is only one mat, not any ankle straps, rope, straight and curl bar attachments for the universal cable machine. Only 1 bench and not enough lighter free weights for women (5, 8, 12 pounds needed) … only had 2 set of 10, 15 and 20 pound free weights. There is no pool at this location, Read less

Drove into the parking lot with a flat tire. Valet Trey immediately noticed & had us park right in front of the hotel. He coordinated with AAA to get the tire changed. He & Eaton were both a great help in solving our problem stress free. Our stay was terrific. Bar tender Mario was also a fun guy to talk with while we ate at the bar. Very happy… Read more

A few Friends and I stayed downtown Nashville, We had many questions about the hotel and things to do in the surrounding area. The front desk agent, Catherine, was very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. A very kind girl with a beautiful smile.

I spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it up with a towel, the towel was black with dirt. The curtains are so old and outdated that… Read more
The good: Great location to easily get to the honky tonk bars, beautiful & comfortable lobby, nice executive lounge with snacks, good Italian restaurant on site The bad: The room's floor carpeting was filthy. I spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it up with a towel, the towel was black with dirt. The curtains are so old and outdated that they were falling off of the curtain rod. The toilet kept running on and off during the night. There was wallpaper peeling off of the wall. This place was not worth the exorbitant price we paid. As I was checking out at 8:00 am, I placed my luggage in the car then went back to get my ice bag out of the refrigerator. My room was unlocked, wide open and my ice bag filled with items was gone. I tracked down the cleaning lady and she had the ice bag in her cart! She emptied all of the food inside of it but kept the ice pack and bag. I filed a complaint with the Front Desk who informed me they would notify the housekeeping department. Read less
