Right next to Bridgestone Arena, home of sporting events and concerts, this hotel fronts Walk of Fame Park, which leads straight to the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum. In the other direction, it’s just a block from live music venues and Ryman Auditorium, which was given National Historic Landmark status for its importance in country music. It’s also just two blocks from the 2nd Avenue district and offers easy access to the downtown zone’s dining, shopping, and honky tonk bars. The customer service was fantastic! Anusha and Chantae were welcoming and helpful at the front desk. The Manager on duty (Tony) greeted us and ensured that everything was taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very accommodating. I look forward to our trip to Nashville and will definitely be staying at the Hilton downtown.

Had a great experience in planning our business meeting at this Hilton location. The planning period was very streamlined and the catering manager we worked with was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. On the day of the meeting they very attentive and provided plenty of follow up to make sure everything went smoothly.
