So you can understand why I was so disappointed to get to the room to find the couch should have been thrown away years ago. Then i find small holes in the sheets.
Now i tried to bring this up to management. Saturday morning I asked to speak to a manager but told by the Desk clerk that the manager does not come in til 9AM. I explained this complaint to the desk clerk and let them know my room number. I went back at around lunch and then was told by another desk clerk that a manager will not be in til 5pm. I gave up and no one contacted me.

Great valet service

Valet service was very helpful and made for a smooth trip, especially as there is nowhere to park in downtown Nashville. Zach and Zion helped us and were friendly and punctual. The hotel as a whole is a well oiled machine. I only wish we could have done our own laundry with 4 young kids.

We had a great experience at the Hilton for our first time in Nashville. Everything went smoothly. We appreciated the ease of the valet. Zach, Jason, & Conor were super helpful and didn’t make us feel rushed as we had a lot of things to unload/load into the car. We will definitely be returning to the Hilton. The proximity to downtown was amazing!

We always enjoy staying at the Hilton Nashville downtown. The employees are always pleasant and professional. We enjoy the tasty drinks that the bartenders make. The beds are very comfortable. Valet service is exceptional especially Zach and Glen.

Started with awesome service from Catherine at the front desk and got more amazing from there. Rooms and view were perfect. Best location un the city to walk to Music Row and awesome restaurants. Among the best Hilton hotels anywhere and we are world travelers who have stayed at many.
