Had a few issues. No hot water and lights that didn’t work.
Bryce was honestly the only person who kept going out of his way to get our room changed and helped with everything!
Even when they tried to put us in a small room. Bryce got that fixed!! You have an exceptional employee in Bryce and then he told us it was only his forth day! Maybe he…

I was here for work, and the experience i had at the hotel was just amazing. Shout out to Bryce for helping me with my bags when I got here! Very nice gentlemen gave my team and I some food recommendations and even walked us to our room and made sure we where settled. Defiantly coming back!

We checked into the Sheraton Grand Downtown Nashville with no problems. Our valet Bryce was very patient since we had little ones with us & helped us with getting to our room. Plus went the extra effort to ask if we needed anything else. Great hospitality!!
Overall decent but probably won’t be back.

Overall we had a decent experience at this hotel. It was within walking distance to some good restaurants, looked very nice, and the room was clean! However, I was upset about paying $50+ per night for parking, breakfast was not included, and we didn’t have a fridge in our room so we had to request one be brought. This is just pretty standard to have in a hotel room and we were unaware of all the extra fees at time of booking. The other thing that really got me was that our room was 61 degrees when we got there and it was 27 degrees outside at the time. We traveled with our 9 month old and that’s just ridiculously cold for a room. As we were leaving, three very kind gentlemen helped my husband load our vehicle quickly so we could get on the road and get our baby out of the cold! Vaughn, Adam, and Dylan working with the valet at the front entrance were very nice and appreciated!
