As its name suggests, the atrium-style Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown enjoys a wonderful location, in the heart of Music City, just a short walk from all the sights and sounds. Well!! J.D and Kerri have made are day! They were kind and very helpful navigators in are search to have fun and navigate the city’s downtown. A big yeehaw to them. If you need a drink stop by and see them , it is a quite peaceful and great chill atmosphere. Just what you need after a few days on broadway with my children.

JD and Kerry are great Loved their recommendations and hospitality!! Great upsells on drinks . I work in the hospitality, industry, and know quality when I see it. Would totally hire these two at my restaurant!!! Nice chill atmosphere at the library after spending time in the downtown core of Broadway.

JD was fantastic. He is very friendly and cordial. He made extra effort to make sure we were taken care of even though we were using coupons for free drinks. He makes a mean espresso martini, for those who appreciate a good espresso martini. Thanks for great service, JD!
