Stayed at the Sheraton Grand Nashville and I received the best customer service from Mario D. He took care of all my requests and made sure that I felt like my loyalty to Marriott was greatly appreciated. I’m a lifetime platinum elite and current titanium member for the year so I stay at hotels quite often and I must say that the service I received from him was exceptional. This guy is great and should be considered for a promotion if you ask me!

Beautiful hotel! The location is convenient to downtown and Opry Mills Mall without being in the middle of the chaos of downtown and close to the airport for added convenience while traveling. Rooms and entire facility was clean and quiet. Very good price for such a nice place!
