The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The common areas were neat and full of activities! We really enjoyed The Pool Club. The staff (shoutout to Jonathan the bellhop) was EXCELLENT! Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. They were also very sweet to our chaotic 2 under 2.

Loved the access to great coffee & food, cool atmosphere, and great service! Only let down was the cleanliness of the pool and pool area. Guests also had to pay to attend some of the events up there which was a bummer.

I would give 5 stars except I booked the hotel for the rooftop experience. I arrived at the rooftop pool at 10:00am and everything but two spots(already being used) was “taken/reserved”. I waited standing around until 11am to go into the restaurant for brunch and everything single table said “taken/reserved” yet no one was sitting at any of them. Same for the reserved poop seating. barely any were being used. In addition the rooftop bar tender was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. Read less

My son and I had a fantastic stay at the Virgin Hotel over the 4th of July weekend. Our 4 night stay was by far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff were all extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. We stayed on the 7th floor in a double room, the room was spotless and the very comfortable- I especially loved the shower. We ate breakfast most mornings in the restaurant and had coffee every morning in the Funny Library. Drinks at the outside bar were a nice touch. Only downside is that the hotel doesn’t have a shuttle and parking is pricey. I wasn’t a fan of the small pool size or the chair hogs that monopolized prime pool space and all the chairs. Read less
