“Loved Virgin Hotel”

From the moment we arrived to Virgin Hotel in Nashville the staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel decor and entire atmosphere was very welcoming, relaxed and cool.Our room was very clean and housekeeping came daily with fresh towels and to restock the mini bar. We ate breakfast a few days which was good. Baristas made a fantastic cappuccino. The bar was well appointed. We would definitely stay at a Virgin Hotel again.

Music row location worked perfect for our girls trip! ! Walking distance to Midtown and The Gulch area! About a 20 minute walk to Downtown. Loved this hotel! Chic and sophisticated atmosphere! Restaurant, bar and coffee shop all available in the lobby! Room was designed perfectly- separate shower room made getting ready easy! And the available bathrobes and slippers! Such a treat after a long day of walking! Would highly recommend this hotel to those who want to be close but far enough away from downtown!

Fantastic service from Jesse at the Valet Parking Station. I needed some help as I had left items in the car. He was super polite and assured me he would own it. He sent me to the coffee shop to relax and followed me in with my missing items! Absolute star! Thank you Jesse!
