This is a lovely non smoking non casino hotel in a great location and cos we booked it in the cyber Monday sale the rate was also great. This is a lovely non smoking non casino hotel in a great location and cos we booked it in the cyber Monday sale the rate was also great. We booked the studio and was well impressed with the spacious modern room. However was surprised the room wasn’t totally sound proof so from the 39th floor we could hear some noise from the Strip. The pool area looked small but cos there were no umbrellas for general use we didn’t risk sun bathing in the extreme heat. The resort fee was less than other hotels but 2 bottles of water and Wi-Fi plus 50% off a restaurant that appears on groupon at the same price felt poor value Read less

The Elara is a surprisingly spacious, clean and fully equipped and self-contained apartment. They have everything, large kitchen with cooking facilities, large fridge, toaster and kettle. Fantastic bathroom with large shower and shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser all supplied and replenished when needed. 2 x TVs with a projector in the main lounge room which overlooks the airport or the strip depending on which side your room.is on. The large pool.is refreshing on a hot Vegas day. All the staff are fabulous, helpful and knowledgeable. The Elara adjoins a large shopping mall and 2 casinos. Easy walk to strip and eateries everywhere. The sphere is a 30 minute walk. Top Golf is up the road 15 minute walk. There is so much to do around this hotel. Try it out and surprise yourself at the comfortable residence. Read less

We love this resort. The rooms and the views are exceptional. The access to the Miracle Mile shops and the strip is awesome. We loved the amenities as well. We enjoyed sitting at the bar and received great service from Ivan and Efrain the two times we were there. The pool was also great. We loved the ability to reserve an owners cabana and the service was excellent. Luis, the pool concierge was fantastic. He had a great and welcoming personality. The servers were also great. Lexi, Shana, and Zani were amazing. They all had fantastic personalities and took great care of our needs. The food at the pool was really good too. We love this resort and will definitely be back! Adios Elara I won’t be back!

Not really a friendly place and the clientele think they are the bees knees! When I had been in my room a few minutes I received a call saying my welcome basket was waiting for me at the concierge desk- later I found out it was just a discount card for a local restaurant and the hard sell to go on a time share tour! I wasn’t happy to be deceived like this. I could say a lot more but to be honest I just can’t be bothered as I won’t be coming back again! The accommodation is really very basic and does not warrant the high room rates. Final insult was housekeeping knocking on my door at 9.47am telling my check out was 10am! I already knew this and find this check out time more evidence of the very greedy nature of this establishment. Read less

This is an excellent property. Checked in with a very nice lady who explained all the features and benefits of this Hilton Grand Vacation. There is a beautiful pool which can be seen from the reception area and a Starbucks coffee where the $25 resort fee allows you 2 free coffees each from a choice of 3 varieties. I tried them all and was impressed with the quality. This property has a low resort fee compared to other hotels in Vegas with some being in excess of $60 and don’t really offer the guests any of value and is just a way of generating more money for the hotel. At least at the Elara you do at least get the 2 complementary coffee’s. The studio’s are quite large with a microwave and dishwasher. The air conditioning is excellent and the WiFi good but it does disconnect if you not active viewing websites or reading emails or checking your social media accounts. The TV is large and has smart options and you can chrome cast from your phone or computer which is excellent. The picture quality is good too. The bed is comfortable and I slept well each night. The bathroom is large and has a shaving mirror. The shower water pressure is excellent and my only disappointment is the shower is over a bath which is quite high and I found it difficult to climb over the bath and there are no hand rails which means you need to be careful. I personally would prefer a walk in shower. The toilet flush is very powerful so you’re not going to block the toilet in the Elara. Great View of Las Vegas too if you’re on a high floor and it’s not restricted by other buildings which is going to a problem with a few hotels on the strip when the Hard Rock hotel is completed as it will block the views from a few properties on the strip. The hotel has charger points next to the bed to charge your phone and USB options too. It does however in my opinion needs to be upgraded to the industry standard USB-C. I can highly recommend the Elara and my only slight negative is the 10am check out and even for Hilton Diamond members they didn’t want to offer a late check out. The hotel also is quite expensive as it’s very popular. Read less
