Image of the Tripadvisor rating Tub without hot water, rude front desk line manager + early check-in fee

If you get room 34021 Valley Tower request a new room. Upgraded my hotel room to specifically have a tub available to bathe my toddler. If you get room 34021 Valley Tower request a new room. Upgraded my hotel room to specifically have a tub available to bathe my toddler. The HOT water faucet on the tub never worked (engineering came up the first night and saw the issue, told us that someone would come by to fix it while we were out the following day, to have someone tell us that the engineers did not see an issue with hot water faucet. They said that engineering was going to come back to take a look but they never showed up. We were later told that the hot water faucet could not be fixed unless they turn off the water for the entire hotel - which is ridiculously untrue as no repairs or renovations would ever be possible for the hotel if that was a true statement. Sent an email to Harrah's and patiently waited 72 hours for a response as the auto response indicates. Beyond 72 hours and no response received. P.S. If you plan to arrive to the hotel before 3:30pm and want to check-in be prepared to be RUDELY told that it is a $50+ tax early check-in fee (even at 3:29pm) and to step out of line. You cannot even talk to someone unless you are willing to pay the early check-in fee. Do the early check-in online for $25. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating No housekeeping, broken electrical outlets, extra incorrect charges

Multiple issues related to poor customer service. First issue was a broken electrical outlet which was needed for a cpap. Room outlet broken which was needed to plug in a cpap. Made a series of calls to get the issue addressed. First call I reported the issue. They said they would send someone up in an expedited manner. Nobody showed. Second call… Read more

Made a series of calls to get the issue addressed. First call I reported the issue. They said they would send someone up in an expedited manner. Nobody showed. Second call informed them nobody showed up. Was told they would send somebody up in an expedited fashion. Nobody showed up again. Third call, I was informed that they could not fix it but would get me an extension cord. Nobody showed up. Fourth call I was informed they do not provide an extension cord. Unfortunately I do not pack extension cords in my carryon. Asked to speak to a manager. Was told they would call me back. Fifth call (the next day) manager found a cord and had it at the front desk for me. Second issue was house keeping never showed up. When I checked in they asked me if I wanted housekeeping. I answered yes. No housekeeping for entire 4 day stay. Had to repeatedly find housekeeping in the hallway to get enough towels. Third issue was a security charge to the card. Harrah's added a security deposit on the room. Harrah's added a security deposit. Found this on the receipt. Hotel forgot to refund it at the end of the stay. Had to call to get it removed. Read less

We had a great experience staying at Harrah’s Las Vegas for our girls trip! The location is perfect — right in the middle of the action and nightlife, so everything fun is just steps away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and we felt safe the entire time, which is always a priority for an all-girls trip. The hotel has plenty of dining options, and having a Starbucks right downstairs was definitely a bonus for our coffee runs before heading out. The pool area was really nice too — perfect for relaxing during the day before hitting the Strip at night. If you’re looking for a fun, convenient, and comfortable stay near all the Vegas excitement, Harrah’s is a solid choice! Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Hotel incorrectly overcharging - bad maid

We paid initially with All Fees included as was advertised by Priceline, when we got to the hotel we had to pay parking and resort fees. I didn’t argue at the time because it still a fair price this hotel. If I had known this All fees doesn’t include resort fee, I would have went to a better hotel for a cheaper price. Anyways during our… Read more

I didn’t argue at the time because it still a fair price this hotel. If I had known this All fees doesn’t include resort fee, I would have went to a better hotel for a cheaper price. Anyways during our checkout I came down to front desk and the clerk said you are automatically checked out. I told him I like to check out the room to see if I left anything behind. This around 9:00 -9:15 and had to leave to meet our 10 am appointment with the landscaper. We went up saw the maid for a last check to see anything was left behind. This check took about 2 minutes and then gave her a tip and left one of the key card on the tv table. The other card key we had to keep to get out of the parking lot. This was about no later than 9:30 when we left - hotwl checkout time was 11am. Long story short they charged me a $56 resort fee - WTF. I called and they said the maid saw me after 11am and that we stayed to 12noon. We left the parking (say 9:40 ) at the latest and then never came back to the hotel. Remember checkout is 11am. First, the maid was confused about the time. There was no evidence we came back after leaving the parking lot at 9:40. If we did, wouldn’t they have charge another day for parking as well. Secondly we met our landscaper at 10 in Henderson, and had text proof. Lastly why would you charge a resort fee when we didn’t stay an extra day and the clerk said we were automatically checked out. This is ALL because of what the maid said. She said we checked out at 12 noon instead of 11 am. This is ridiculously and we had to give her a tip also - must be mad bc she didn’t get a $100 tip. Even if we did stay the extra hour till 12 noon, why would you charge a $56 resort fee for that day. Management should look into this. Read less

All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say is that it would have been nice to have a meal in a restaurant in the hotel itself as there were so many fast food places to choose from and I am not a lover of fast food.
