I stayed at Caesars Palace for 7 days because my conference was held here, but next time I will not stay here again.
The internet was unstable the entire stay. There were no basic amenities—no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, or robes. I requested toiletries on the first day, and they never came even after a full week. For a hotel of this reputation, that’s unacceptable.
The room had no complimentary items—no tea, coffee, pen, or notepad. The fridge was completely filled with overpriced items, leaving no space for personal drinks or snacks. At least provide a second fridge or reserve some space for guests.
I also paid for gym access, but it closes too early. The pool was the same—limited hours, which doesn’t make sense for a resort that advertises relaxation and convenience.
Honestly, hotels in Asia—even 3-star ones—offer better service and guest care. They provide essentials like cotton buds, shower caps, and even skincare. Caesars felt focused on revenue, not the guest experience.
For the price, reputation, and brand, I expected so much more.
