Horrible staff ... Was treated like crap ... Paid for an early check in ... Received an email room was ready ... We Uber to the hotel and surprise surprise hotel room was not ready. Staff didn't even apologize. Room wasn't ready until 15 min before regular time and I told the lady at the desk I would just wait and I was assured I was going to be charged. And ... I was charged. Horrible Horrible ... Go to the Venetian. Much better staff
