“Not for the masses”

Modern hotel. Room was clean, bathroom was bigger than the bedroom. Unfortunately for us it is a technology led hotel which is great if you are younger. Asked for a map of the local amenities and got told to download Google maps. Asked to book a taxi and told to scan the uber qr code. Unfortunately we didnt have roaming for America so were left high and dry. The room provided ear plugs and we soon found out why. The music above us was very loud and the vibration from the bass made the room shake into the early hours. Staff were not helpful to the point of rudeness. Would not recommend or return which is a shame.

My stay was good, but the breakfast service was a bit of a letdown. It was super slow - I'd wait 10-15 minutes to order and then another 30 minutes to get my food. On the second day, they even messed up my order, and the portions were tiny. Definitely needs some improvement.

Very modern clean hotel. Close to attractions. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would happily stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hollywood.
