Exceptional Service from Jordan at the Marriott Downtown Kansas City! I cannot say enough good things about Jordan! I was rushing to an event and, in my flustered state, completely forgot what level I had parked on or where my car was. Jordan was so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took the time to help me find my car and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get where I needed to be. In a moment when I was stressed and scrambling, he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Instead, he showed genuine kindness and a willingness to help that you just don't see often enough anymore. Jordan, thank you for being such a wonderful example of what exceptional customer service looks like!
