Braden, Stephan, and Aaron were super helpful and friendly. They gave us good advise on the sites of the city and where we could find good food. It was very good to speak with people that know the city.

This hotel treats you like family. Very warm and welcoming. Attentive and efficient. Heather who works in the bar was fantastic and went the extra mile! I ordered tomato soup as I just needed a little something to tide me over until dinner. I had ordered it to go and asked when I could come back to pick it up. I was in the M Lounge catching up on emails when out of the blue Heather appeared with my soup/sandwich!! She truly made me feel special. Apparently it wasn’t busy at the bar so she grabbed it from the kitchen and instead of calling me to pick up she brought it to me. Outstanding customer service! Front Desk to Housekeepers were all welcoming as well.

Great experience. Aaron keito Adam and John were great. I enjoyed the conversation and patience. I recommend the Marriot valet service anytime you're downtown.
