Had a horrible horrible experience during the DECA event that they hosted. My family were stuck with 2000+ high school students for 2 days. Their event agenda went from 7am to 11pm. All 8 elevators were jam packed at all hours. Did i mention we had to take the stairs from the 20th floor down to the lobby and that was packed with students as well? I didnt pay hundreds of dollars per night for this experience at a 4 stars hotel. They should have close all the rooms to the public during such big event. Very very disappointed. This is not acceptable.

“Terrible, overcharged for mold and mildew”

The hotel has charged me 3 times the amount for my room and claims they can’t do anything about it. Lesley is the office was extremely rude and told me there’s nothing she can do, but my credit card company told me that the hotel has to fix the issue but Lesley was unwilling to help at all saying she can’t call the credit card company yet that’s exactly what she has to. Not to mention this started with a call before 8am after we had to go to the front desk the night before when we checked in THREE times because of being given the wrong room and the keys didn’t work and we were told the wrong room on the second try. Icing on the cake, the rooms reek of mold and mildew. The filters clearly are not changed regularly and the maintenance of the hotel is terrible. Update: Lesley still claims there’s nothing she can do after I spoke to the credit card company again.

“Helpful and attentive”

I had never stayed at this hotel in the past but was here for a conference. You can tell this staff has experience in volume of people visiting and did not disappoint in service. I want to shout out 2 people specifically - Michael at check in, he was pleasant, professional and was helpful and informative in a chaotic lobby. He made me feel heard, and that I was the only person in the room. I also used the valet while I stayed at the hotel, and Kevin was so helpful at check in/out. I know that Kevin does not work for the Sheraton as it’s 3rd party, but I have to tell you, he was kind, attentive and went the extra mile in helping me get to where I needed. I am forever grateful for this experience. I will be back at the end of the month for another conference and hoping to see both of these team members in person again.
