We have stayed at the Venetian several times in the past, no complaints at all, beautiful property, this is only our second time staying at the Palazzo, I booked two rooms, adjoining, for our friends have never stayed there, and I will say it was in perfect condition as far as the cleanliness, but after spending over $2600 total for both rooms for three nights, it simply feels overpriced, again it’s perfectly clean and beautiful rooms, but no view, except of the backside of the Venetian, we understand that asking for adjoining rooms limits us, and we understand that that is the going rate and we paid it and we agreed to itwhen we booked it, but the Starbucks closes extremely early, that’s a big minus for us and getting a coffee pot in the room, may cost the hotel, a little bit more, and getting a mini fridge in the room it’s empty, may cost a little bit more, but for those prices, we feel those things should be included, we got complementary champagne, vouchers, which is a nice touch, but I’m the only one of four of us who likes champagne, so that was wasted, one free cocktail per person, would be a little bit more in line with the pricing of the hotel, the staff was lovely, everyone was spoke to was friendly and courteous and helpful, definitely 10 stars for them, but going forward we think it’s just a little bit too pricey for us, especially since we can’t get coffee or a mini fridge, but I highly recommend it to those who want a beautiful property and an extremely clean room, with exceptional staff, and great customer service
