My friend and I recently purchased E-bikes and went to The Cape for a few days to ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail and The Shining Sea Bikeway. We chose Hyannis as a central location to both. We stayed two nights at the Holiday Inn Cape Cod, Hyannis. The room, bedding and bathroom were comfortable. Our reservation included breakfast in the full service restaurant. We ordered off the menu one morning and enjoyed the buffet the other. The food was good but the waitstaff is exceptional. Both Beth & Peg (Margaret) are friendly and had good suggestions. After checkout I had an issue with the billing. I initially called the front desk who wasn't helpful then the corporate customer service to explain the issue. Within 10 minutes I had a call from the Hyannis manager, Bill, who resolved it to my satisfaction. I would stay here again. Read less

Arrived and check in with Herman was smooth. He did let us pick our rooms and warned us that we picked the furthest point. He was right, but we had a very quiet hallway because of the location.
