My kids had a blast riding down on the water slides and playing in the splash area. I enjoyed being able to play with my kiddos with the peace of mind knowing that there was a lifeguard on duty so I could help my toddler while my older kids lived their best life doing the bigger slides. Breakfast was great and definitely comparable to other hotels that charge $15 a plate. I also found out during our stay at the Hampton that they are pet friendly and there are no restrictions on which room you can stay in when traveling with a pet so I can’t wait to bring our dog with us next time! We have stayed at other hotels in North Conway and I think next time we would choose the Hampton Inn again over other options because it was a better option as a family with younger kiddos.. I can’t speak highly enough of the folks at the Hampton Inn and look forward to our next stay there. Read less

We had the BEST time in North Conway—thanks in large part to our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Our daughters (ages 2 and 4) thought they had landed in Disney World when they saw the pool and water slide area! They must have gone down the smaller blue slide at least 200 times a day, and we spent hours just splashing around. The pool closes twice a day for cleaning, which we really appreciated, and I can’t recommend it enough. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. From the friendly woman who helped us at breakfast (a huge hit with the kids!) to the lifeguard and the front desk staff—especially the woman who personally delivered a crib for our youngest daughter—everyone made our stay feel special. Thank you all! Read less

Very disappointing experience. THE GOOD: Decent sized rooms and bathrooms. Mini fridge and microwave, a nice touch. Fun water slides. THE BAD: Surly front desk staff that only seem to know the word "No" to everything. To be clear, the front desk staff appeared to be under orders from management, allowing them little flexibility to make decisions… Read more

THE BAD: Surly front desk staff that only seem to know the word "No" to everything. To be clear, the front desk staff appeared to be under orders from management, allowing them little flexibility to make decisions on their own. (I'm an experienced traveler, Diamond status, with low expectations). Dated property desperately in need of refurb. Breakfast was free, but not worth 3 bucks. Yuk. No "restaurant" on premises as advertised - only the breakfast (carb) processed food buffet. No bar. Rooms are "serviced" only every other day. No vacuuming. No change of sheets. NOISY. Super thin walls, can hear neighbors above, below and on either side. Sorry Hilton , but 3 stars is generous. Read less

Getting old and need a good update. I came here for first time about 8 years ago. With 2 younger kids. Now I am coming here to work. The place is getting old and need an update. Peeling wall papers, water marks on the ceiling. I don't use the 'water park'. The people are friendly but this won't be my first choice without having little one… Read more
