There is nothing Grand about this resort. Very disappointed with your recent stay. The hotel needs major overhaul from AC units to room upkeep. Seek other option!

The location was convenient and the room offered adequate sleeping arrangements for my mother, daughter, and me. The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work, and I tried to call the front desk to get a new one. The phone just rang several times until I hung up.

Visiting North Conway for Storyland so decided to make a long weekend of it. So many options in the area, but North Conway Grand Hotel had so much to offer and we are glad we went with it. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The pools were great for us as well (although the exterior pool attached to the overflowing hot tub was cloudy...it is hard to maintain such an amenity). The arcade games were mostly racing and shooting games, but did the job. Great playground for all ages, and nice options of pickleball and ping pong. Saturday evening offered movies in their theatre and free ice cream. The Saunas are basically built for 2, but could likely fit 3-4. The breakfast was worth the price at $15-$16/person - eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, cereal and more. Read less

The beds were hard but the room was extremely nice and sooooo quiet! The breakfast was not good at all. The playground was perfect! The pool and hot tub were perfect!!!
