The location is great right next to the Outlets and easy to get around. The property is run down. Popcorn ceilings in our room, hallway rugs ripped and torn, the floor in the gym hadn't been cleaned at all and no water on the property. Just drinking fountain by the bathroom. Nice playground and pools, but my son got a piece of metal stuck in his… Read more

The outdoor pool was extremely cloudy which indicates a PH imbalance and perhaps high bacteria. We recognize it is a highly used public pool, thus the need for extra caution to ensure the right quantity of chemicals is used. You could not even see your feet, let alone my son's fluorescent orange diving toy at the bottom of the pool (only 3 feet… Read more

We recognize it is a highly used public pool, thus the need for extra caution to ensure the right quantity of chemicals is used. You could not even see your feet, let alone my son's fluorescent orange diving toy at the bottom of the pool (only 3 feet deep). There was so much debris along the pool in-ledge and throughout the bottom. Definitely needed a vacuum and thorough cleaning. We raised the concern with the front desk, however, did not revisit the pool as we only stayed one night. Read less

Clean, mattresses are hard. Great location, could walk to outlets and restaurants. Bathrooms do not have fans so no privacy and take a little longer for steam to clear. Could hear chatter from room next door. They weren’t talking loudly. Housekeeper was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Expected a little more from hotel that had Grand in the… Read more

Could hear chatter from room next door. They weren’t talking loudly. Housekeeper was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Expected a little more from hotel that had Grand in the title, but felt like a basic hotel. Seems a little overpriced for what we got, was ok, not bad, not great . Read less

Good location, checked all the boxes for our 1 night stay. Rooms are standard hotel size so if traveling with a larger group you may want a newer room layout. Having the indoor and outdoor pools were a nice option.
