In the heart of North Conway, New Hampshire. Adjacent to the Settlers Green Outlet Village. 5-minute drive to Cranmore, 45 minutes to Loon, 40 minutes to Bretton Woods and 1 hour to Cannon. Driving time from Boston Logan International Airport: 2 hours 30 minutes.

Standard Rooms are 350 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The kids love the pool and playground. The putdoor pool was warm and pleasant. The hpt tub portion was relaxing. We loved the fire pit at night. Lots of activities to keep kids business. Including ice cream, games, movie room, arcade. It is also right next to the outlets. Highly recommend this hotel for families.

Room were not clean. Room was very hot for two days before someone listened to us and realized the unit had froze and needed to be defrosted which they did...but all over the rug the next day! My husbands pills were also moved in his bag to another location. That was unsettling to us.

I got into the room and it looked great, k went to go lower the ac and I noticed black mold growing on the metal of the ac unit. For health reasons I would recommend removing the mold before you have families with kids staying in it. The Tv wasn’t working and it took an hour of the tech fumbling around with things before I stepped in and fixed it… Read more

This property has a lot to offer I was thinking it was going to be a crazy 2 nights away with my 10 year old son but I was wrong they had a lot to offer the pool outdoors was great and heated movie nights and ice cream for free felt great hearing from my son I cant wait to stay again I would recommend staying here very nice family resort .
