The location is great. There are alot of nice amenities and the staff and services are wonderful. Their spa is fabulous and a nice restaurant.

We came to North Conway for a family get-away and some Christmas shopping. We had a wonderful time in this lovely town. Our stay was highlighted by the comfortable and luxurious North Conway Grand Hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed and all of the amenities added immensely to the three nights we had here. The pool and outdoor hot tub, the hot cocoa in the evening, the family movies in our room, the abundant and delicious breakfast. Everything was convenient and designed to help us have a great time. And we did.

When booking hotel i reserved a room with a jacuzzi, when i got there i found out that the waterspout and controls were about to fall off and the jets in it were not functional. The bathroom had mold in some places. The TV remotes did not work to turn down the volume when it was too loud so i could not watch tv. the bedroom door paint was peeling. i was very disappointed in the quality of the room for the amount i paid for.
