Stunning Property With Beautiful Renovation, But Service and Amenities Need Attention

The property is in a stunning location, and the recent renovation is truly beautiful. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the thoughtful details and the beauty of the interiors—it’s clear a lot of care went into updating the spaces.
That said, there are some areas that fell short. The workout room and locker room areas have not yet been renovated, which felt noticeably out of sync with the rest of the property. The hot tub was also a favorite of many guests, but it was far too small for the size of the property. Most times, people had to wait for someone to leave before they could get in, which made it difficult to enjoy.
The restaurant experience was also disappointing. The waitstaff were not very attentive or accommodating, and at times even unkind. Breakfast service was slow and disorganized despite having reservations, and there was confusion over something as simple as ordering a latte. Dinner service on our first night took over two hours to complete—while the food was very good, the lack of communication and attentiveness from the staff left us frustrated. A little transparency about being short-staffed would have helped set expectations and made the experience more pleasant.
Overall, this is a gorgeous property with so much potential. With improvements in service, communication, and attention to amenities like the spa and fitness areas, it could truly deliver the level of experience one would expect for the price point.

Experience was awful. Will not be back, and neither will the 11 people who were with me.

Long story short, we were treated with disrespect and we'll never be back. Your customer skills need to be revamped, and you need to put signs up stating the rules.
Who doesn't allow alcohol or food by the pool, and had 5 people come down one at a time to tell us?
5 Starr Hotel Best in the area.

My wife and I have stayed here dozens of times and this is our most favorite hotel. The service is fantastic and the rooms are amazing with the most comfortable beds. We recommend this hotel to anyone. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Its not worth it.

This hotel is completely overrated and unnecessarily expensive. Our room was nothing like a suite. For nearly $1,000, we had to drink unpleasant tap water and ended up buying our own bottled water. The pantry room offered almost nothing worthwhile — a big disappointment.

Breakfast was also misleading. We were told it was included, but the coupon and menu showed only a single limited item was covered. No pastries were included, and the four small, old muffins provided were unacceptable. The orange juice was served in a tiny glass, and water was only available if you specifically asked.
To make matters worse, we felt mistreated — possibly because we are Muslims and non-white. That was deeply uncomfortable and disheartening.
Overall, this place is no better than a budget motel like Quality Inn, yet charges luxury prices. We will not be returning and cannot recommend it to others.

Best stay of our trip
Aug 17, 2025Curtis H
Decided to splurge and did not regret that decision. Wanted a place that had a restaurant on site so that we did not have to drip to and from a restaurant for dinner (or breakfast). Food was good and service was good. Did not use the spa facilities, pool or golf. Would return.
