In downtown Brooklyn, just a short stroll from the district’s biggest food, shopping, and entertainment hub, City Point Brooklyn. Transfer time from John F.Kennedy International Airport: 25 minutes.

321 rooms and suites, all with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker with Starbucks® coffee, complimentary bottled water, iron and board, bathrobes, hairdryer and safe. Standard Rooms are 216 sq ft with 1 king-size or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Club Level Rooms include access to the Club Lounge, and have 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Suites are 440 sq ft and have separate living area, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Avere Ristorante (Italian menu, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Kimoto Rooftop & Bar (Asian-inspired menu, rooftop restaurant and bar with live DJs in garden terrace, open weekdays for dinner, and weekends for lunch and dinner). Starbucks®. Room service*. 24-hour fitness centre. WiFi*. Valet parking $45 plus tax, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

Great location, convenient and centrally located. Easy check in. Clean premises. Xiao Ping serviced our room, and was friendly and attentive, and kept our space spotless.

I stayed at the Marriott Sheraton Brooklyn July 2025. Stay At Your Own Risk! This was by far one of the worst Marriott experience ever. First, the hotel canceled my reservation on the day of my trip because my CC had expired in the Bonvoy app. I received an email from the hotel notifying me of the cancellation and when I replied I didn’t get a response. Not even so much as a courtesy call to ask me if I had an updated CC. I called the hotel immediately to which the phone went unanswered for over 10 mins. Finally, when I was able to reach a live person, they hung up. I had to keep calling. After reaching an associate, I learned that the hotel didn’t have a comparable room so I had to downgrade. During night one, my guest and I suffered through the night in an 80° room. The AC did not work. The engineer never came. I learned that multiple rooms had AC problems. There was even a wedding party completely miserable from the hot rooms. Fortunately, I was able to switch rooms though at my inconvenience of having to pack up. I requested the hotel offer me a concession and was met with resistance and a nasty attitude as if the maintenance issue was my fault. After going back and forth with the manager, I was able to get a small discount off night one. After changing rooms, I discovered the TV didn’t work. Then, I tried to get ice and the machine didn’t work. This hotel presents well in photos but is not well maintained. What a shame especially because it’s relatively pricey and right next door to the Marriott A loft Hotel. For the most part the front desk staff was pleasant except for the management team. Read less

Disgusting hotel. Not sure how it’s categorized as a four star. Front desk never answers the phone. Called multiple times about rattling AC. Someone finally answered and said maintenance would come but they did not. I finally went down to front desk to say I couldn’t take it anymore and wanted to switch rooms bc clearly nobody was going to come… Read more

The woman told me she could move me but can’t guarantee the AC would work all night bc many have complained theirs isn’t!!!!! Note picture of mold in shower and cobweb on lobby chandelier. Read less

We arrived before the time of check in and they allowed us to leave our luggage at hotel while we started site seeing. The room was very clean and comfortable and all staff very helpful.

I would not advise staying in this hotel. I was charged for something that I don't recognize. When questioned, the hotel did not provide information for 20+ days despite my multiple follow ups. I am still unclear on what is happening and the hotel is failing to proceed with the refund.
