This property met my standards. It was clean and my experience was great overall. What stood out to me from the minute I walked in the door was Kim’s kindness. She’s so helpful and personable and definitely made my stay. Thank you Kim for truly caring about us.

Location. Location. Location. This hotel is walking distance from Moynihan Hall, the fashion district, and all that Manhattan has to offer, this is a great hotel! Rooms are also spacious and staff are incredibly kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a spacious, economically priced hotel in the heart of Manhattan!

As someone who has stayed at Hilton properties around the world for many years and multiple times a year, I’ve come to expect a consistent level of comfort and service. Unfortunately, this location fell short on multiple fronts. Despite the reservation being made in my name, the primary guest was listed as my son, which caused issues during check-in and ultimately meant I missed out on Hilton Honors points and nights, an issue still unresolved. The room itself was underwhelming: the mattress was overly soft and uncomfortable, the bed wasn’t properly made, and the overall setup lacked the attention to detail I associate with Hilton. The noise level was another major issue, particularly from the air conditioning unit and street noise, making restful sleep difficult. Breakfast was also a letdown and not worth the $18 charge, better options can easily be found nearby. The online photos and reviews painted a much better picture than what we actually experienced. We had booked six nights but were already considering moving to another hotel early in our stay. Sadly, this hotel trades on the Hilton name without delivering the quality that usually comes with it. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return. Read less

I've stayed at quite a few hotels in NYC and I have to say the rooms are fairly spacious and clean, however, a bit dated and there's no freezer (only a refrigerator ). I was unpleasantly surprised by the "breakfast"; it's basically a small selection of pastry and some cereals, not even eggs, bacon or anything like that. The only reason I went for it is because it was included for free, however, normally they charge almost $20 - I would definitely not pay for this type of "breakfast", despite the fact they call it "continental". However, it is possible to order "proper" breakfast for around $20 but I haven't been brave enough to try. On top of that, even when you're provided free breakfast, you have to sign a check (with $20 per person) that, based on what I was told, "is just for the record and will be checked against what's in the system". Weird but could be legit - I've never seen it at any other hotels. What surprised me, however, was that they actually asked for a tip; no idea what for, considering the only service you get is the waiter pouring you a cup of tea or coffee. Not that I'd want any type of service with my breakfast, anyway, it's just the non-sensical gesture. Other than that, the stay was good and considering I was able to find a good deal, I'd go for it again. Read less

Very disappointed. For the price expected something much nicer. No vent fan in the bathroom, no TV options, no continental breakfast. Small room with poor lighting. Cleanliness was ok but not outstanding. It was quiet. Comparable to a Motel 6 type accommodation.
