The staff are really friendly and welcoming and the housekeeping staff is really sweet. We had a great stay. If anything, i would appreciate it if the lights in the lift were a bit brighter because we old folk did have some trouble reading the numbers to find our floor

I am thrilled to finally have found Hotel 50 Bowery as my home-away-from-home in New York. The hospitality is proactive and so GENUINELY friendly (which can be quite rare and incredibly settling in the hustle and bustle of New York City). The food from their associated restaurant is also excellent. The rooms are spacious, everything is always fresh and clean, there is an easy drop off for Uber Eats which makes things super easy, and they really go out of their way to assist in any way they can. 11/10!

Fantastic city view with the empite state building. Excellent and quick service. Room is super clean and well kept. Great location to travel around New York City. A lot of great chinese restaurants in walkable distance.

I especially loved the location (walk to so many great neighborhoods and with convenient subway access) My favorite feature (which came as a great surprise - not highlit on their website) was the huge communal living room and outdoor terrace on the second floor. It overlooks the Manhattan bridge entrance, has lovely plantings and comfortable furniture. The terrace is partly covered so we were able to relax outside even in the rain and high sun. There is filtered water and coffee/tea available through the day, as well as free newspapers. It gave us calm breathing room to relax- rare in NYC. I plan to return and make it my hub for future visits.
