We recently stayed at this Marriott location for my daughter's birthday. The location and size of the rooms was excellent. The hotel management at check in fell extremely short in service. At check in I was asked for a cc for incidentals. Later that afternoon I realized they had charged me again for two rooms that were pre paid. This was reversed but the hotel could not provide me proof that the transaction was cancelled and said that it could take up to two weeks for the funds to be returned. They also could not provide proof that I could present to the bank to expedite the release of funds. This caused extreme distress as the significant amount of those funds was to be used for meals, transportation and essential needs. It has been 10 days and the funds have not been released

Best hotel experience I have had while on a school trip. Great experience booking and Aixa and Julissa were hosts, a very friendly welcome. They even had a Virginia Tech label on the luggage rack which goes to show the care and attention. I think this will be our go to hotel for years to come!
