“Romeo is the man!!”

Had to come on and shout out Romeo, not sure what department he is in - either Front Desk or Reservations. I had a ton of adjustments needed to many rooms due to Winter Storm Fern. He was so kind and helpful and I can't say enough how grateful I was for his help and dedication. If you reach out to the hotel for help, I hope you get Romeo! He is the best!! Thank you Romeo!!

The location is spot on. Easy walks, quick subway access, and right in the middle of everything without feeling chaotic. Breakfast was better than expected. Plenty of options, fresh, well organised, and the staff kept it moving even when it got busy. The bedroom was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good bed, solid shower, and enough space to actually relax after long days out. Staff were consistently helpful and easy to deal with. No attitude, no friction, just good service. I’d stay at the Hampton Inn Manhattan Times Square Central again without hesitation. Reliable, comfortable, and good value for New York.
