Gabriel at front desk is a ROCK STAR🎉 So very helpful from the time we checked in until checkout. Doormen, bell service and housekeeping are excellent! Jan the doorman kept us safe, secure and gave us advice!

“Exuberant fees and a rude, unprofessional front desk”

The hotel itself is nice, but the location is overcrowded and surrounded by constant construction. On a positive note, the bar and breakfast staff provided truly exceptional service, and I want to give them full recognition. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was the complete opposite. The staff came across as rude and dismissive, even mocking customers while on the phone. When I asked the name of the person I was speaking to, she hung up on me. When I called back, another associate answered, admitted he overheard the conversation, but claimed he “wasn’t sure” who I had just spoken with. The manager on duty was also unavailable at the time. On top of that, I was overcharged with a $45 per night “destination fee” even though my taxes and fees had already been prepaid. I was also billed $85 for simply dropping off my car, in addition to the $95 nightly parking fee. Overall, while the hotel has some positive aspects, this was my first and will be my last stay here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gabriel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, he brought such great energy—warm, friendly, and welcoming. He was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. His helpfulness made my experience so much easier, and his positive attitude truly stood out. Hard Rock is lucky to have him on their team!
