Timeless in NYC

This stay was elegant. The room was right for two but definitely worth it. The staff was extremely dedicated to our trip. The decor was fit for a rock star and the food was electric. There was a different occasion everyday. It is walkable to Time Square and all the happenings. I would stay here over and over.

glass coudnt fill the whole glass so was flat i asked if they had the proper glass and was told a flat no and when a said he didnt want it (theres an art to pouring guinness ,it has to settle for a while) there was a rolling of the eyes and a whatever look to the other barmen which i thought was extremely rude so we didnt go back there ,went to rooftop bar and the waitress basically ignored us so we had to go to the bar and ordrer those ourselves so we didnt go back there .we were asked if we had a pleasant stay upon checking out and they noted we onlyhad 3 drinks in the bar over the week and when we explained why they said they would cancel the bar bill which we were going to pay however i have a charge on my card which says otherwise .the hotel is really nice very central and rooms have everything you need however having stayed at hard rock in other countries i would say it was not the best in customer care and needs improvement .we payed a lot of money to stay here but wouldnt go back

Impeccable room service. Breakfast and lunch, always very well attended by the waiters Sandro and Pedro.
In The elevator, the room, the bar… always playing the best musical style of all: Rock and Roll.
Great location… one block from the Times Square steps and two blocks from 5th Ave
Phenomenal staff and a great 5 star hotel.

Outstanding hotel with fantastic staff. A special call out to P J serving at breakfast and Marion at the front desk, both of whom were helpful, professional and friendly and helped make our stay wonderful.
Hotel location is great and walking distance to many of New York’s attractions.

Steven is the best bartender! I told him exactly what type of drink I wanted and he delivered. Neilyn was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food and drinks were ever fresh. I holy recommend the lavender haze if you like gin or the Dr. tequila (if you like tequila)
The whiskey sour was amazing!!!!
