Excellent location. Front desk staff made checking in and out very quick and easy. Room was nice and clean. Towels and shower were good too. Only drawbacks were waterey oatmeal at beakfast and a hard matress. Would stay again.

The location in midtown is excellent. We walked to almost every site we wanted see. The employees were pleasant and professional. Rooms are a little small but this is New York. They were clean and well maintained. Only hitch we had was our room was not made up on the second day of our stay. The attendant arrived around dinner time to clean our room and we just decided to take some fresh towels instead. Also, we left a tip on the night stand which they didn’t take but left us a note suggesting we tip them? A little confusing but we tipped more the next day with a note so it was clear. Breakfast is complimentary but my celiac wife could not enjoy most of it other than the fresh fruit and sealed dairy products. I had the breakfast every day and it was decent. Egg dish, potato dish and meat dish served hot each morning. Also coffee, water and hot chocolate available 24/7 in the dining area. We had a late flight when we left so after checking out the staff stored our bags in a secure area. That was convenient. Would have been a five rating if not for the room cleaning mix ups. I would stay again!
