My stay was great!! Lewis, Jade and Sandra were fantastic!!! They were all gracious, welcoming and so helpful. They are the best!!! My room was spacious and clean. The hotel location was perfect it was a short walk to anywhere I wanted to go. The breakfast food was good.

Easy check-in. Jade, at the front desk acknowledged my IHG status, handed bottle of water for everyone in our party and gave us complimentary room upgrade. I could not be more pleased.
Room was small, but clean and adequate. The lack of view was more than compensated by the quietness and absence of noises, which is very uncommon in the city that never sleeps.
What I also like about this hotel, is the cozy pantry area which is accessible not only for breakfast (which is very decent, by the way), but also allows to unwind in the evening after long day in the city, round the clock tea/coffee service is nice touch., even though room also has coffee maker (many hotels are getting rid of those). I would pick this hotel without hesitation if I needed to be back in the city.

The comfortable hotel is located in a strategic place near them square so you can walk around the hotel and the staff is good,
In addition, the room is comfortable, there are necessities for bathing and also here is free coffee for us.
Anyway, it's highly recommended
It won't be a loss to come back to stay here again

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though the selection was somewhat limited. The location is ideal if you want to stay near Times Square without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are plenty of small restaurants nearby and convenient access to the subway..
