Not bad, but average compared to other Holiday Inns I've stayed in. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. Times Square is a 7-8 minute walk away.

It was a great experience staying in this place for 3 nights. The staffs were very friendly and professional. I like this hotel.

Excellent stay. Great check in with Ronald & the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. They assisted with some printing needs & so pleasant to me. Wonderful breakfast each morning & perfect location. Love this property and thank you so much.

The staff are friendly, the location is great, the breakfast is good and the elevators are fast. It’s two blocks from Macys and a five minute walk to Times Square. The rooms are typical size in NYC and we had a great view of the Empire State Building.
