We left something behind. The security team was an absolute stand out. They gave me clear instructions and moved w urgency to get my item back. A whole team of people (Danny, JB, Alex, Jahaida, Jay) jumped to our rescue!

Generally though, this hotel is always a go to for us. It’s clean, in the perfect location, and security keeps a close eye on the elevators making us feel very safe (I almost always travel with women so safety matters). They also have fast elevators which matters a lot in nyc.
This visit we also had so much help from the concierge, Vito, helping us get a car in a unique situation.
Even the cleaning staff makes you feel welcome.
If you are debating which hotels to stay out I hope this one jumps to the top of your list!

Bobby the bellman, Rommel and Rashawn in guest relations, and the front-desk staff -- all make us feel like…

I recommend that you spend the extra to get a Signature room (fully renovated), but if on a tighter budget, the Classic rooms are fine.
We just booked a return visit in October, and we know that we will have a great experience as always.

Great location, we walked or took the subway everywhere. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Lots of towels were provided. The free “to go” breakfast was perfect & provided daily. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Edison! We’ll definitely stay again.
