“Now I know why this hotel receives poor reviews occasionally”

This is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel, The team is excellent, the Hyatt benefits are wonderful. If you are going to the theater or to see any of the locations during the holidays you could not ask for a better location. The reason I expect why they occasionally receive less than flattering reviews is because guest want to keep the secret of this place to themselves.

If you want to stay in the centre of Manhattan, and at the same time, want to be little away from the crowd. This is the best place for you. Staff is absolutely efficient. Every call /demand was answered within no time. Rooms are of good size with daily Cleaning service. There is a 24 hours, Super Market in front of the hotel, and also another one, on the left hand side offering fresh Cut fruits and salads. Did not have breakfast, so cannot comment

Staff were professional and excellent! We stayed for 3 nights, location was perfect for using the subway, although we walked most places. Front desk staff were accommodating and helpful with directions, transportation, etc. Rooms are spacious for NY standards, would absolutely recommend! The rooftop bar is beautiful and drinks were delicious!
