I gave this hotel 4 stars based on convenience (location) and the staff. Jae at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Our flight came in early and even though we had early check in as a perk through our credit card provider, the hotel was fully booked and no rooms were available. So we checked our bags with Charles (so friendly), and had breakfast at the Stinger (the restaurant attached to the hotel).
Jessica and our waiter Leonardo were great! Very personable and professional. After our meal we hung out in the lounge area of the restaurant and again, Jessica would check in on us to make sure we were good.
The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because, we were told we would be contacted once our room was ready. Well, that never happened, and we finally approached the desk after waiting hours, and noticing that people were arriving and checking in. So we approached the desk and the young lady there was not very pleasant. We felt as if she didn’t want to be there and we were a nuisance to her.
The other reasons are the pillows and the dust. The pillows were way too soft, and there was so much dust, I started having trouble breathing by the second day due to allergies.
All in all, we would probably stay again if we were visiting to see a show because everything is within walking distance or a very short car ride.
