FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! My apologies... This review is a long time in coming. We are repeat travelers to this hotel; Jeffrey Yen, a member of the leadership team, the management and staff there have all yet to disappoint and are always ready and willing to accommodate guest needs. The gentlemen who greet you at the hotel's entrance and the staff in the hotel's Stinger Cocktail Bar and Restaurant are very jovial and more than attentive. If you need to know anything about the City, need navigational arrangements to and from, need dinner or performance reservations, talk with "JC" the Concierge; she is an absolute gem! Each of our visits to this hotel have provided my wife and I everlasting memorable experiences we cannot forget! Read less

The restrictions on the use of the $40.00 daily "up charge" were outrageus and OBTW, " I do not remember seeing the up charge noted on my confirmation when I booked the room??? Also, charging me $12.00 for using the two wine glassed that were in the room was uncalled for, there should have been a sign on the glasses stating "the use of these glasses is $12.00. Those few items made our stay somewhat less memorable; and storing the coffee maker on the floor in the closet was "tackey" If you do not want people using the coffee maker "remove" from the room. Ok hotel in a convenient location. Management needs to improve housekeeping. Light fixtures were full of dust. Coffee service poor...only decaf or teas. No washcloths for 3 of 4 night's stay. Restaurant/ bar is fair. Breakfast is expensive.

Always a pleasure with Ambassador status! Amazing Concierge and Bell Station staff. Good bar eats. Comfy beds, amazing views in the highest floor suites. Good lobby and elevator security. Exquisite location for theatre. Great variety of unique ethnic restaurants, especially on 46th Street.
