Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and kind. Food and service were excellent. Our rooms were quiet and roomy for NYC. The hotel felt quite safe and enjoyable to be in. Location is great if you can navigate the subways! I will stay at this location again.

I like this hotel! I’ve stayed here many times. For NYC the rooms are large and the bathrooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is quite good and the location to Time Square, theaters and restaurants is excellent. I like this hotel! I’ve stayed here many times. For NYC the rooms are large and the bathrooms are very nice. The friendliness of the staff, the rooms were so spacious. The shower was amazing. This hotel was located in the heart of everything. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. There could’ve been more mirrors and lighting. We traveled to the group of women..

Coming into the hotel, we were greeted by the friendliest front desk host, Cheryl. She made us feel right at home with her warm demeanor. The room was really nice. We loved the big open shower. We would definitely stay again next time we decide to have a staycation.
