“GOOD LOCATION”

Just returned from the Kixby following a 5 night stay with my husband. This is a great location with everything on your doorstep. The water bottles were a great idea and we appreciated the tea and coffee room. The room was clean but unbelievably small, nowhere to sit apart from on the bed, and no mirror in the bedroom only in the bathroom. I had asked for a quiet room as I appreciate that city’s are noisy however it was so noisy sirens and horns going all night, neither my husband or myself got any sleep for the first 3 nights, on the 4th night my husband asked for some earplugs and we did sleep a little better. I think the hotel needs new windows to help this situation. Based on this if we were in New York again I don’t think we would stay at the Kixby as it did put a damper on our stay as we were so tired.

Saul was super helpful with friendly advice and service. He made the experience better than expected. The hotel was clean, and a great location close to Korea Town.

I took a four day weekend trip to New York City and stayed at the Kixby hotel in October towards the end and my day was very nice. The breakfast buffet is about $20 and I think it could be improved but it’s New York City for you. My room was very comfortable. I didn’t take a picture. It was towards the end of the hall. But I had a nice view of Macy’s and on the seventh floor. Seems like a lot of people travel from the UK to stay there and probably other countries in Europe. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful.
