Only plus is it's close to times square but miles from everything else. Dirty streets, overpriced restaurant and never got our free drink on arrival. Room tiny kept hitting my leg on the bed frame on entering the bathroom, no room to stretch out legs while sat on the toilet, black decor very dingy. View of a stoner wall from the window. Not a great experience would not come back. Still awaiting for my reimbursement from the hotel on my credit card which I am yet to receive. Read less

Bedroom well laid-out (though with a rather bouncy bed mattress); bathroom small but well designed with plenty of space in the shower. The hotel provides visitors with water bottles that can be filled in the second-floor service area that has a coffee station and gym as well. There is an outdoor roof bar without views of the city which opens at 5.00 pm We did not eat breakfast in the hotel (19$). There is a 'restaurant' attached to the hotel which appears to be linked to it but under separate management. It serves burgers and similar fried food and was playing very noisy music, so we did not eat there. The staff in the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, and recommended the excellent Gaia restaurant across the road. Read less

If i was to come back to New York i would definately return to The Kixby. Read less

Excellent location. Considering you're in the heart of NYC, it's quiet . Lovely modern rooms with everything you need. Love the idea of the fridge and tea /coffee machine. The complimentary coffee and water room on the 2nd floor is wonderful. You can make use of your free water bottle. Lovely rooftop bar . Lovely staff. Would definitely return
