“A 3-Star Hotel masquerading as a 4+-Star.”

Old rooms, bad smell, shower/tub moldy, old technology in room. No water in the room (after first two small bottles), no coffee machine in the room, no turn down service. Don't get me started on the "SPA". Equipment is turned off, not clean, etc. 3-Star Hotel at best!

A hotel that has so much to offer, in a sad state of service, amenities and overall it left a very poor taste in my mouth. Other than friendly housekeeping service people, most staff there just don't care.

The only good thing about this hotel beside the location are the Doorman’s and the bell boys, the front desk staff act as if they are doing you a favor, on my check out the attention was very rude and they where trying to overcharge me.
