The hotel

Railroad magnate Henry Villard's 19th-century mansions were combined with a sleek tower to create one of the city's best hotels. Cathedral View Rooms are 360sq ft and offer views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Rockefeller Centre, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Skyline Cathedral View Rooms are located on higher floors, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Palace Studio Suites feature cathedral views, with 1 king-size bed plus a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Tower Rooms are located on the 41st floor and higher, with Manhattan skyline views and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Palace One Bedroom Suites feature a separate living area, and large bedroom with en suite marble bath and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Palace Signature Suite with oversized living room featuring a large dining table and wet bar, full marble bathroom, walk-in closet and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Tower Executive Suites with views of the Rockefeller Centre and St Patrick's cathedral, separate living area, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Tower One Bedroom Suite with panoramic views, marble bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, living/dining room, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Tower Corner Suites with stunning views in two directions, featuring separate living room with wet bar, butler's pantry, marble bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Palace Family Suites with cathedral views, two bathrooms, multiple seating areas, with either 2 king-size beds plus a sofa bed, or 1 king-size bed, 2 double beds, and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 8 people. 

Tower Two Bedroom Corner Suites with skyline views, two bathrooms, living room, and two bedrooms, one of which features 1 king-size bed, and the other has 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Amazing staff and helpful plus great services all around including the room cleaning, food, quality of care and organization. The conference we attended was the Needham conference and we were comfortable in the rooms and the catering including quality of food

She really was a sweatheart and made the discovery of NYC a hundred times better !!! The fact that she's a New Yorker and knew what to absolutely do was easier for us, she was so helpful, helping us with booking, restaurant reservation,... She gave us so many advices to make our visits easier and hidden gems for us to explore, we are really thankful to her ! Her bubbly personality and her smile were really heartwarming ! Rooms are impeccably clean and sssoooo comfortable and anything you may want is available. The staff is wonderful, kind and helpful. Jimm Kalinka, at the main desk at the Towers, is so knowledgeable and so kind and made our stay special and enjoyable. Every detail was attended to and it was always better than anticipated! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Hotel is "luxe", great service, outstanding location, I'd stay here again. Staff is very helpful and friendly. And the mid-town location is hard to beat. Around the corner from the E Train, which gets you everywhere: Penn Station, the Village, etc.
