Moxy is the perfect place to stay, especially with such a quick walk to Times Square! It is located by a lot of great places which was super convenient, and hotel was extremely clean. Alexus was an amazing help with getting our team set up and taken care of.

However, I made a call to the front desk. They said no problem, we have other rooms available and they put me in a queen room, which was great !!! The hotel had a great vibe. To go to bed, you have the choice between climbing or crawling on the bed. Especially to get up... The room was 1.90 meters wide!
The long room design is designed for a small person, but definitely not for two.
Plus, you have the choice between staying warm all night or leaving the air conditioning running, which comes on every five minutes and makes a noise reminiscent of a range hood!
When you take one of the elevators, you have to like loud music. The hotel manager must be a little deaf...
Regarding the reception, I tested it by asking to call a restaurant to reserve a table one evening.
The answer was: do it directly online!
What service, I've never seen anything like it in my 35-year career.
A good point, though, for the hotel's location.
In short, avoid this hotel; fortunately, there are plenty of others in New York.

There are a lot of stores and restaurants close by. The rooms are quite small and laid out weirdly. Sink is outside in the hall between the toilet/shower and the bedroom. The lighting is awful to do your makeup. However everything is clean and upgraded so it’s a nice stay.
