We had a fantastic stay at Pestana CR7 Times Square and would recommend here to anyone visiting New York! From the moment we arrived, the staff were lovely. Every time we walked through the lobby, we were warmly greeted with a smile. The team made us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay, which really added to the experience. The hotel was super clean and our room was well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and modern. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Times Square, close to Penn Station, and with easy access to the subway. Despite this busy location, it was super quiet in our room and we slept great every night The minibar, shower amenties and coffee machine were great additions, and the room was a good size for New York! USB ports were also lifesavers as we forgot adaptors. We were quite jet lagged during our stay and happened to be asleep a few times when housekeeping came by in the afternoon, and they would leave a note. Even though we didn’t request service (as we thought it would be too late) we always returned at night to find the bed made, fresh towels, and the room cleaned to a high standard. That attention to detail was really appreciated!! Thank you to the staff for such a seamless and comfortable stay, it made our trip to New York and we would love to stay here again!

Very comfortable stay as a family of 5 in 2 rooms. Rooms well thought out with everything you need. Beds comfy & 2 blinds to make sure rooms dark at night. Simple breakfast was available but sometimes ran out just after 9am so pays to get down early Thank you to Emzo for looking after us every morning. Also huge thanks to the cleaning & reception team for returning the cash my husband accidentally left in the safe!
