“Best underrated Hotel in New York”

Fifth time staying at this property. Every time I return this always new Improvement. I'm still fond of a former employee named Genaro Jaramillo. Hoping he's doing well. He was the one who recommended me many spots on my first visit back in 2023. Wish him the best.

This hotel is clean, modern, helpful staff and offers complimentary bagels/croissants and coffee at breakfast. Located near Hells kitchen and just a short walk from Time Square it sits well for sight seeing and exploring. Lots of football memorabilia in lobby and 2 huge tv screens playing British and European matches (on silent) with this being owned partly by Cristiano Ronaldo. We were in a deluxe room on the 20 floor which had a very comfortable bed and the hotel kindly swapped pillows for us as they were pretty thick. Contemporary bathroom, nice shower gel and plenty of plug socket points for charging various devices. Little coffee machine if you like an espresso. Only 2 hangers per person for the wardrobe so we didn’t empty our suitcases. Safe box should you need it. We were located next to a housekeeping room which wasn’t ideal but we had ear plugs in every night as the noise is so loud from the road outside you cannot do without them. Note: this is throughout New York not just this hotel. One day housekeeping didn’t show up till 4:30pm when we were back in the room resting so Front desk gave us complimentary late checkout which was appreciated. Note anyone returning to Jfk via taxi from here needs to leave a minimum one hour thirty for the journey due to how busy this part of town gets
