The hotel is right at the heart of Times Square. Our room had an amazing view and we could experience the night view of Times Square right from our room. Room service is great, staff here is really warm & welcoming. We travelled with a toddler and the room was a good size to accommodate all three of us. Definitely recommend this to anyone who… Read more

The concierge Divinia was absolutely amazing making my family’s birthday celebration weekend perfect! She recommended a local bakery (Mia’s bakery!) and coordinated a pick up of the cake. She even proactively corrected my mistake with the cake date! Above and beyond customer service! Also thank you to Henry who helped my door dash driver with a wine delivery! The entire team at this hotel is incredible and it’s rare these days when folks are so proactive! The balloons, cards and chocolates were so perfect! Thank you so much for truly making the birthday girls dream weekend come true! Read less

My wife and I stayed at the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel at the end of April, and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt secure and well taken care of. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Times Square, which made it easy to explore the city and return to a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Despite being in such a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet inside, allowing us to relax and get a good night's sleep. The staff was professional and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed. This hotel checked all the boxes: safety, comfort, and convenience. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to New York City. Highly recommended! Read less

This was my first time staying at the Renaissance Times Square and it was awesome! The location cannot be beat - right in the heart of it all, but outside noise is minimal in the rooms. The front desk staff was particularly exceptional! I felt welcomed as a guest and as a Platinum Marriott member. I was lucky enough to secure a room upgrade to a terrace room overlooking Times Square - talk about living the life! Like other hotels in big cities, you do need to take two different elevators to get to your room, but that's a small price to pay for the added sense of security and I had no issues with wait times during my stay. All in all, a great first impression and I hope to be able to stay again soon! Read less

The hotel was in a great location and had very spacious rooms. We stayed with friends in NYC to see a play, have great dinners, visit hot spots and did the TD Five Boro bike ride. The staff were helpful and kind. We definitely would recommend staying there.
