Second visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed. Eduardo on Reception was very personable and helpful. Their records showed we had stayed with them the previous year and we received a warm welcome. The breakfast system seems somewhat bizarre at first, but it works well once you get your head round it. The process is very slick. The breakfast itself is very good. There is a huge choice which is regularly replenished. The coffee also tastes of coffee! The hotel is very well placed and has a reasonably priced cafe/bar in the Reception are. We will definitely choose to stay here on our next visit. Read less

Stayed here for five nights. This was our second stay here. Great customer service. Really good breakfast cues were not that long to get to the fifth floor. They run a tight ship to ensure they get people through quickly. Location is seconds away from Time Square. We had breakfast included and never went as the queue was ridiculous and didn't want to spend time queuing when time was limited and we had things to do, the line started before 7am Another issue we had was the lifts certain days you could wait up to 20mins for a lift (we were on floor 33) one day we walked down to the 20th floor and called the lift, other people many not be able to do this. Concierge - on the day of departure we had an early check out and there was no one to assist with our cases so we had to bring them down ourselves. The hotel is in a great location for Times Square and the rooms were clean beds, comfortable - just the things above were somewhat annoying when you are on a short break Reception staff very helpful. bar has happy hour from 4-8pm and drinks are good prices We had a great time despite the above Read less

The hotel was in the perfect location. A 10/15 minute walk from all the main sites in NYC. Breakfast was busy but wasn't surprised with the size of hotel was very well organised. Staff was very helpful and polite. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. I'm from the UK 🇬🇧. Missed a cup of tea before I went to bed. But… Read more

The hotel is well situated in mid Manhatten and lots of attractions are walkable. We shared the room with our adult daughter. There were 2 queen size beds which were pushed together. It would have been better to have the bedside tables between the beds. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and body lotion and a hairdryer were all provided in the bathroom. There was a mini safe and a fridge too. For breakfast you go down to the lobby and give your room number and then queue. You are taken up in the lift to the 5th floor where the restaurant is. The queues were big but well managed and went down swiftly. Make sure your whole party goes down together as you can't skip the line to join others. The choice of food was good and sets you up for the day. There is a bar downstairs where you can buy food and drinks throughout the day and evening. With the window closed, the room was quiet with good black out curtains. Read less
