Very nice hotel, its a large hotel in a great location and ideal for visiting the numerous attractions NYC has to offer.
Location, 5min walk to Times Square, easy Sub-way connections to Downtown, Uptown and many others. MANY restaurants local to the hotel.
Check In - Simple and efficient, downside is the added $40 per night city tax
Rooms - Clean, nice bedding and toiletries, downside is no coffee making facilities.
Breakfast - Numerous dining areas, all very clean with ample well trained staff, it can get busy at peak times but we never had to wait long for our table of 6 people, breakfast itself is superb with plenty of choice and continually the buffet is refreshed, the only downsides were the attitude of some of the other customers in terms of manners and waste of food!! Why put so much on a plate and then leave most of it??
Bar - Nice bar and good happy hour cocktails.
We all agreed we would return

Crazy B’fast rules

Don’t choose the breakfast menu, you pay to much for B’fast in a Russian Style Cantina…but before you have to go to the Lobby, stand in a line for an hour to go up to the fifth floor to stand in line again…crazy!!!
Central location, very good value

Very happy with our choice of hotel.
Clean, efficient, comfy beds and an extensive breakfast buffet.
Location near Times Square, but away from the noise, hustle and busstle.
Would highly recommend if it's within your budget.

Breakfast time. We waited for an elevator for 10 minutes. Then we waited at a line for more 15 minutes.
Terrible !!!
Bathroom does not have a lock door.
Reception wait time too long as well.
Only thing really great is location.
