“Hotel was just too large for our tastes”

Really nice hotel, but too busy in the lobby area for us. Queue for reception and left luggage, both took a while. Our room wasn't ready to 4.30pm and we came back at 3pm as instructed. We couldn't get a seat in reception or the bar to wait. But Large room for NYC and comfy beds. Good location and you can avoid Times Square hoards by going down the street the other way. Appreciated the Halloween decorations and friendly staff

Great location and great hotel. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Great sized room for New York and the view from our room was spectacular. Thank you for the anniversary bubbly it was such a lovely treat and made arrival very special. This hotel is very clean and everything you need for your stay.

Great hotel and location very close to Times Square Staff friendly and helpful Room was on floor 28 very clean with Maude service each day. Small fridge in room to store drinks Room was cosy and comfortable for a family 4 Bathroom was very clean and had all toiletries available Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice. Had to wait in line some mornings but line moved quickly and was organised well. Hotel reception was decorated for Halloween which was great.
