Mix up on our booking . Arrived and told we weren’t booked in . However gave us a room that was not what we had booked , small but ok . Food / breakfast was good . Instead of staying for our 4 nights we were moved by our travel company the next day . Wish we could have stayed as we moved to a worse hotel . No gain for us .

Lovely hotel very central for Times Square, great buffet breakfast plenty of choice, lovely rooms the only downside we are still waiting for our $200 security deposit to be released on our card from a week ago when I was told it would be as soon as I checked out

excellent location, a block away from a lot of the noise/light of times square, easy to get to any of the theaters. highly recommend the many Thai restaurants nearby on 9th ave. room was very new/clean. awesome breakfast bar. very good value as compared to other options in midtown. ask for a room not facing 8th ave. for a little more peace/quiet.
