This hotel has a facility fee of $33.28 per room, per night, as well as a security deposit of $50 per night (up to a maximum of $400) to cover any extras or incidentals. The full deposit will be refunded at check-out if no additional charges are incurred during the stay.

Lovely , clean and professionally run hotel. Zero complaints about our stay. The room was always clean and view out of our window was incredible. Location is great for anyone wanting to explore Manhattan. Would highly recommend

Loved our stay at Hotel Riu Plaza NY Times Square. Main reason to go was for a Broadway show, so location could not have been better. Also, lots of nice restaurants on the same block, or very close by. Room was very good, had a Deluxe Double Room with Two Double Beds. Loved our stay at Hotel Riu Plaza NY Times Square. Main reason to go was for a Broadway show, so location could not have been better. Also, lots of nice restaurants on the same block, or very close by. Room was very good, had a Deluxe Double Room with Two Double Beds. A bit small, but this is NYC after all, so probably normal city size. Most days the breakfast "rush" was fine, but a couple of days it was very crowded and had to wait for a table, but not very long, so was never a problem. Exercise area was also not very big and the few times I went, was pretty crowded and could not always use what you wanted as others were using it. Still, better than nothing. If I go back to NYC, would 100% try to book here first. Read less

I totally recommend this hotel. The location is very good, as it is convenient to go anywhere in New York. Rooms are very good and get cleaned every day. Staff is very polite and helpful. Finally, the breakfast was excellent in terms of food quality, quantity and options.

The hotel is within walking distance of lots of the major attractions of New York. Buffet breakfast is brilliant.
