“At Staypineapple, the guests are the star of the show!”

I have not used Tripadvisor to book a hotel but if Staypineapple NYC is one of their offerings, you won’t go wrong. It’s a smaller hotel but huge on hospitality and amenities. The King size bed would make the Queen of Versailles bush with envy. The atmosphere is peaceful enough for Chess. If you’re up for tea and crumpets mid afternoon, see the Archduke behind the desk with the moustache. Make your own fun, your own kind of music, but only if you love a play away for a day or longer stay.

from check in to check out my experience was a delight. while the rooms are modest in size they are very comfortable. the bed was to die for. what is the brand? the adorable puppies were irresistible so i bought two at check out to bring to the grandkids. shout out to the staff who were so welcoming and fun. loved the halloween hats. location was only three blocks to penn station so ideal if you are arriving by train. also so close to time sq and broadway shows. thank you to all the team at Staypineapple

“I would not stay again”

Not a good hotel. The TV stream cast did not work. There was hair on the duvet, it did not seem to be washed. Corridor and room smell of Clorox. Room attendant knocks before the checkout time. The only positive was the female front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.
