“OMG, the comfy beds!”

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Truly cannot say enough about how incredibly comfortable the beds are. We both commented on how we normally have trouble acclimating to a new bed when traveling. We both slept through the very first night without waking even once. All of the service people we encountered throughout our stay were most kind and accommodating to any need we presented. So many nice special touches: The cookies and water and coffee in the lobby, cooler full of complementary drinks, extra fluffy towels, extra hooks in the rooms to hang coats, etc. The only downfall we found is that we really missed having a refrigerator in the room. We had to call the front desk and ask for ice several times, but they were always very quick to bring it to our room. We would definitely recommend a stay in this quirky, fun little hotel.

Nice hotel with good value for money. Good location. I really enjoyed the European-style duvets. Excellent service by Kenluis at the reception, who very kindly gave me a delayed check-out to fit with my plans. One downside was the WiFi which was rather unstable, causing some annoyance.

Amazing little gem, fab location, staff and the beds amazing. We booked after seeing reviews on Facebook page for NYC travel tips. The reviews were good, location ideal close enough to Penn station, Times Square but not right in the heart of everything. Firstly the hotel was great at communicating before our trip, never a question a problem. Reassuring for our up coming trip. We were having free upgrade from booking.com that included all fees and taxes. Our Glamour king rooms were amazing so spaces, great facilities including fab coffee, lovely towels, comfy bathroom, huge shower and bathroom all in stylish decor. Now the main thing to remember is the bed, quite literally the most comfortable I have experienced. After very full on active days exploring the cloud bed was perfect. House keeping team were fabulous, high standards, friendly and always accommodating. The reception pineapple team, were fabulous can’t fault them. Daily drinks and treats are great addition. Remember there is no restaurant or bar. But if you walk to end of the block either direction there is plenty and hotel bar across the road and next door. We will provide reviews of local places separately. But as a gluten free guest I found plenty in and around the hotel. Tip: if your light sleeper may best to ask for higher floor, it’s not the biggest building but there will be street noise, it’s New York after all. If you can afford upgrade to have little more space do it.
