Fantastic location just off Times Square, staff were always friendly and helpful. A really pleasant experience and they made our anniversary a positive experience.

Great location for Times Square and other attractions, hotel was clean and spacious. Loved the bathrobes I should have asked if I could buy one!!! Comfy beds. Some noisy guests but that’s not the hotels fault. Would recommend if visiting NYC Great roof top bar, we didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food! Drinks were a bit spenny. I would recommend this hotel Door staff and Maggie were great she kept my LV bag safe x

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff including the doormen, reception, bell boy and the waiting staff at breakfast (Gania in particular). The contact and conversations via text was great. The team were really responsive and on the ball. Comfy room with a city view (711). Only problem with it was the close proximity to the building across the road and the angle of the view meant all we could see was the building opposite! Location was perfect for us. Straight out of the door and in the thick of it. So much to do within walking distance - pack comfy footwear! Lovely breakfast . Not a huge amount of options but all very good quality. Only one grumble - I read a review a few weeks back that said there was scaffolding up around the hotel. My wife called to ask if it would be up during our visit and she was told no. Not sure if this was just a misunderstanding or a deliberate attempt not to lose the booking. I would highly recommend for a first time trip to New York.
