The location was convenient for walking to the theater, but overall, I prefer staying downtown where it’s less hectic and the restaurant options are better. The hotel was fine. The room was surprisingly spacious, but a few things felt off. There was no top sheet on the bed, which was strange. The shower diverter didn’t work properly either. I mentioned it at checkout and was told I’d receive some points for the inconvenience, but that never happened. They did send up a small fruit plate for our anniversary, which was a nice touch. All in all, it wasn’t a bad stay, but with so many other options in the city, I'd probably stay somewhere else next time. Read less

Overall a great stay for this family of four with two young children. Good size room, everything works as intended. Location is fantastic. Staff are helpful, offering help constantly and little details like extra water when needed during these hot summer days. Probably my best stay in NYC in a long time. Some small "faults". 1.- The extremely loud AC in the room (which to be fair seems to be standard in NYC). 2.- The outrageous valet cost for a night. 3.-And the lobby being a bit dark which makes for an odd first-impression - and quite strange given all the lamps hanging from the ceiling! Having said that, we would not mind staying here again :) Read less

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful. Enjoyed use of the club access and gym. Room was well appointed and bath products were luxurious. I would stay here again!

This hotel is at the perfect location in midtown! It is walking distance to Central Park, 30 Rock, MoMA, the Met, and most Broadway shows. I also love the club level amenities and Burger Joint.
