Excellent location. Very clean hotel with friendly professional staff. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. We had a high floor room with beautiful views of central park. Shopping, restaurants, and everything you need in NYC is just steps away. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.
Canceled flight stuck in New York and extra night, glad we chose Thompson.

Super comfortable bed and Chris at the front desk was amazing. Made our unexpected extended stay due to the storm a whole lot smoother.

We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 4 to explore NYC. Great sized hotel room, especially for a big city. Welcoming and friendly staff. Super location for exploring the city on foot and handy to several subway stations. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and stylish. Very accommodating. Let us check in early and check out late. Room service was delicious. Staff was courteous. Will absolutely go back. Pillows were comfy I forgot to take a picture of the brand. AC was cold. Blankets were warm.
