There were many MANY issues. We checked in and they didn’t have our room type available (which we booked? Like what) We booked two queens but were given a king. We were told to move to our actual room type tomorrow. That’s fine and if it ended there the review would still be high. I will say though that the woman working the front desk that night was super helpful and it was not at all her fault. The next day we go to move rooms and the guy working the desk says sure and looks into it, says the new room is ready and gives us our keys, we ask and confirm with him we are moving to a 2 queen room. We head up to the room and it’s a queen and pull out sofa. Front desk person straight up lied to us, we called front desk and he said our room type “doesen’t exist” (it actually does he was just being too lazy to fix the issue, corporate confirmed this to us later) not wanting to go down and argue cuz it doesn’t get you anywhere and he was clearly too lazy to fix it anyway we decided to deal with it. The room was also FILTHY. Dog pee stains on the floor, Sticky stuff on the wall for example. I would say that the bed was pretty comfortable. The shower however must have a small water tank connected to other rooms. So if multiple rooms by you take a shower, you do not get hot water. Whatever you do, there are other marriots that are cheaper in the area, do not go here, I did not enjoy a single bit of my 4 nights here. I am a lifetime Titanium member and this is easily the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at.
