Cool Corner Rooms are 288 sq ft and are located on floors 26 through 57 with views of either the Hudson River or Times Square, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Fantastic Suites are 625 sq ft and are located on floors 15 through 39 with Broadway views, separate living room with Bose® wireless Bluetooth speaker, 55” flat screen TV and a W MixBar, and 1.5 bathrooms, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Marvelous Suites are 625 sq ft and are located on floors 40 through 55 with panoramic Broadway views, separate living room with Bose® wireless Bluetooth speaker, 55” flat screen TV and a W MixBar, and 1.5 bathrooms, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living room, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Visited in Feb 2024 and stayed for a few days while watching some shows and it was a lovely hotel to stop at comfortable beds, quiet and great views. Breakfast was from starbucks across the road but evening drinks in the relaxing bar at night. We even took them up on an offer as no taxis about (rush hour) as we left for the hotel and they organised us a lift to the airport at a good price from one of there private drivers. Read less

The hotel entrance is at ground level and then you have to take an elevator up to the 7th floor to check in. This is also where the bar is. From here you have to take another elevator to get to your room. So two different elevator rides to get from ground level to room. Kinda annoying. Staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. The rooms are outdated. This was my biggest issue. And it’s nothing crazy but just the small things. Easy fixes but you can tell the hotel has zero intentions of fixing them. Just take a look at my photos and you’ll see. If they just did one room at a time and fixed/cleaned all these small things, this hotel would for sure be 4 stars. I know they will respond and say that they will or are trying but we all know they aren’t. Whatever. Room was a decent price for what you get. Read less

We all know the brand …. the W. Location, staff and lifestyle are what we look for now days, but these all come at a cost. Let’s dig right into it. Location: you are in the heart of Time Square, subway access, 25-30 minute ride to LaGuardia Airport, walking distance to restaurants, entertainment shopping and all of the Time Square glamour. With the convenience of location comes your lovely downtown noise at night including sirens and honking. Staff: Excellent, the staff is what made the stay worth it. Nicolas at the front desk and his team were very helpful, the concierge was on point with recommendations for any and everything you would want to do. Can’t forget the bar tender and bell person Adam who remembered my name and saved me $20 on my Black SUV to the airport. Lifestyle: The hotel needs a little pick me up, the decor is cool but you can tell they have painted and repaired so much it looks sloppy. The price for The suite, amenities and size were great. Bar area, elevators and rooms were clean. Great lounge area with couches, tables and little nooks. DJ plays some weekend nights giving that vibe. My only takeaway would be some areas need updating. There are equally as convenient and comfortable hotels at far better value nearby. Near to all the restaurants and shops, including subway for exploring the rest of the city. Loved the feel of the hotel and its bar. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was modern and had all the amenities I would expect. The only thing I would say is that I was not a fan of the glassy opaque bathroom doors in the room, All in all would recommend as a place to stay. Read less
