We visited from Los Angeles and absolutely enjoyed the great customer service. Our interactions with front desk, bell desk, and restaurant/bar staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Definitely staying here on my next visit to New York!!

• Hector, the doorman, whose infectious smile and attention to detail stood out.
• Deidre and Rhonda at the front desk, whose warm, instant welcome made it feel like we’d been coming to this hotel for years.

The breakfast buffet is superb. The wait staff kind, competent and efficient. Every employee was friendly and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!! Neville and everyone at Amuse went above and beyond to make us comfortable and delighted. We are from New Mexico. We live New York!!!
