Traditional Rooms are 310 sq ft in size, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Rooms are 330 sq ft with either 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Premium King View Rooms are 354 sq ft and offer views of the Chrysler Building or Empire State Building, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

There are several employees who have been at the hotel for years and they are always smiling, pleasant and so helpful - Hector at valet and Deidre at the front desk are wonderful. Extremely well located hotel in the heart of Manhattan just opposite the Grand Central station. Very efficient and accommodating reception . They gave me a upgrade and gave me a late check out also and did their very best to accommodate my requests. The hotel concierge does deliver your luggage to your room. Another added service. Rooms and bathroom are spacious by Manhattan standards and good renovation level. Beds are comfortable. Service is good. Breakfast could have been better. Very small spread and you have to wait a little long if you are coming after 9:30 am to get a table. Otherwise a very good stay. Read less

We met friends in New York and everywhere we went was made so much easier by the doorman Hector ... we loved the free cocktails every evening at the bar. The doorman Hector made us feel welcome , safe and taken care of.. would definitely go back to this hotel again and hope to see Hector again ;-)
