“Great staff, poor rooms”

Staff are wonderful, that is important here. They did try to find solutions to our issues. The family room provided did not have a curtain (let alone a black out curtain) just a blind that did not work well. A heavy mirror was off the wall and the room was damaged with patch up jobs that fell off. The breakfast was lovely and the staff did try to offer us solutions, including a room change but that was after a full night. A late check out was offered and accepted on lieu of a move. Just a little disappointing overall but it did not detract from the holiday

After a prior stay here we booked again for a quick theatre trip knowing how close the hotel was to see Hamilton. We were on a high floor and got a corner room so had good views and lots of light. Room was long and spacious and a nice big window in the bathroom too. Staff were helpful and room was quiet and comfy. For an easy mid town option I would recommend. Drops a star for the very high resort fee which is as ever pointless - just increase the room price and drop this add on.

What a great stay! Everyone was so nice. Luis at the desk and Carlynn the manager was phenomenal. They played with my dog and made sure we had everything we needed. I got a beautiful corner king room with amazing views of the city and river. Rooms are well maintained and lobby is a cool place to hang out as well! Checkout was seamless thanks to Geraldine. Shoutout to Omar and Randy for the luggage assistance too!
