Branding themselves as a ‘micro’ boutique, the Arlo SoHo offers far more than this. The rooms are designed to be compact, but trendy, just like the neighbourhood it sits in. The communal library turns from a chilled place to check your emails, and read a book by day, to a buzz of conversation, board games, and chilled drinks as the evening comes in. And if it’s a nice day, why not move out to the courtyard with your refreshments, although you also don’t want to miss the views from the rooftop bar as the sun is lowering and the NYC lights come alive. The rooms are effortlessly cool, with a homely feel, and will have you rejuvenated for another day of hitting the shops or walking by the Hudson.
