We had a very late check-in, a problem with the room, but Kayla and Gary were on top of our booking — making sure we were accommodated throughout. They were quick to offer solutions and communicate effectively.

Very disappointed! Given an “upgrade” to a room that was clearly for 1 person not 2. No housekeeping! Had to ask for towels. Not impressed. And when speaking w customer service about getting the room made up, I was given attitude and a very arrogant response. Expected a lot more from this property ! 4* ?? I think not!!!!

I love the Arlo SoHo! Nicest staff, especially Al! And just always appreciate the convenience and very cute rooms. It’s the best! I also love the comfort of the beds and the roof top views. Other amenities like Citi bikes and the little market are benefits too. My home away from home!
