Awful housekeeping services. Twice in a row, we had to chase them to do our rooms. The house keeping company they hire visits the hotel for a short period and have some rude staff members.

Sent a message a few hours prior to check in to see if we were able to keep our bags at the hotel while we wait for our room to be ready… no response. Show up around 1:30 to drop off our bags and they let us know that our room will be ready by at the latest 4. So, we come back around 3:20-3:30. Room not ready. Someone else was trying to do “early check in” (which was extra pay) but didn’t even get a room key until 3:45. Once they got a room, they went in and the hotel was using it to store other guests luggage . Seriously???? It is now 4:10 and the front desk guy said the room is not ready he would tell housekeeping to “put a pep in their step”, which should’ve happened hours ago when we dropped off our bags and were guaranteed a check in by the latest at 4:00. People piling up in the lobby waiting for their rooms to be ready. No accommodations, no accountability. Completely unexpected and unacceptable. The most unprofessional and very unorganized service and hotel I’ve ever been to. Do not book at this hotel.

“Short Medical Trip, not so confortable sleep”

I went for a short 4 day trip and stayed for the amazing location, read that it was newly renovated and had the hopes it had changed since last visit (2017) but it seemed the same to me, Rooms, Lobby, everything. If you ask me all the money goes for location and kitchens. Beds are not confortable, only 3 pillows on a King bed and bathrooms are very dated, for the price of the night you at least expect better and cleaner looking ones. Shower had a curtain, and the space was crowded for the size of the room. At 9am they started working on a remodeling of nearby room with very loud noises. I had to call reception and ask for the noise, they said was going to be short but it it wasn't, It was still going on at noon, the was also a lot of dust on the corridor.
