Business travel can be challenging, but every now and then, you find a place that feels like home away from home.
For me, that’s the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia. From the warm atmosphere to the thoughtful touches, it makes the miles on the road a little easier.
A special shout-out to Roshcid at the concierge desk. He’s always a friendly face, ready with restaurant recommendations, must-see sights around the city, or even quick solutions when conference needs arise. His genuine care and hospitality make all the difference.
It’s the people like Roshcid — who go above and beyond — that turn a hotel stay into an experience.

The concierge Roshid went above and beyond for our stay at the Kimpton Monaco Hotel. We came to Philly to celebrate my wife’s birthday and I wanted to surprise her with having the suite decorated. When I tell you Roshid made it happen, he made whatever I asked for happen. My wife loved the room set up and the perks that came with it. The staff were very friendly, helpful and beyond accommodating. The food at the red owl was pretty decent as well. The corner suite was huge, very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The housekeeper staff was super nice as well. We can’t wait to stay at this location again. Thank you Roshid and the staff at Kimpton!
