No cook for hotel, no full breakfast, no help unloading luggage 800 for 2 nights stay. Arrived late and hotel advertised you could get snacks/drinks at the bar but no cooks were employed. No shuttle to take you to local restaurant . Could have stayed at a lesser hotel for much less and got as much.

Can't beat the location right across from the Space Needle! Friendly staff, free breakfast, great size rooms, great view of the space needle. Close by a 7/11 is around the corner Walgreens is 5 min walk, Whole Foods is a 10 min walk. Very clean, great to linens and pillow. Excellent location. Walking distance to Seattle Center, Space Needle, Climate Pledge etc. Near downtown shopping and Pike Place market isn't too far a walk. Parking is pricey so consider finding parking off-site.

Best Breakfast ever with pleasant and attentive staff. 'Grandma Pat' at the breakfast was entertaining and acknowledging. Sunset on the rooftop with a glass of wine from the Rooftop was priceless. Front desk staff pleasant. Would stay again.

The worst part of my stay was the room thermostat, which was set to 75 degrees and was not adjustable. It made sleep difficult, especially when it went up a degree on the second day & night. Parking was less than half price at the other Hyatt property four blocks away, meaning not convenient. Breakfast, with a variety was a highlight.
