Overall mediocre experience. The room was nice and roomy. I loved the suite style. I was disappointed in the quality of the bed and linens. Also I found it to be really noisy. I could just people beside and above me showering and flushing their toilet.

We had one of the worst days... we were exhausted, traumatized, hungry and confused. We walked in the door and Naya greeted us so kindly! She could see it in our eyes that we needed extra care and she stepped up to the plate! Beyond kind, beyond helpful, so welcoming! She is amazing and we were blessed to stay there!

King suite was oddly shaped but workable. Nice to have an almost full kitchen with stove top and mini fridge, freezer. Shower was Roman style and large. Close to Seattle center and monorail. Only issue was noisy in the downtown area which is expected.
