Our family had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt House Seattle in September 2025. We were familiar with Hyatt House Properties from having stayed at similar ones such as in Anaheim and Santa Clara, CA. The rooms at the Seattle location were nearly identical in layout and style as the Anaheim property. Everything felt new, modern, and clean. Included in the kitchenette were all the cookware and utensils needed to cook with. I believe the building itself may be older but the interior looks completely remodeled. As other reviews have noted, not all rooms have outward/street facing windows. Some rooms face an inner courtyard with very little daylight. In addition, these rooms are visible from the windows of the hotel hallways. We booked a room with a view of the Space Needle, which is right across the street, but you can also see the Space Needle from the hotel’s rooftop patio. Other hotel amenities include a gym, sundries store next to the reception desk, full bar in the lobby, daily breakfast buffet included, coin operated laundry room, and an often overlooked convenience; lobby restrooms. Basement parking is available for an additional charge but is very convenient and secure. Please note the garage height clearance is 6’-9”. Logistics wise, there is very little street parking around the perimeter of the hotel and you will need to park somewhere and check-in first before you can have key card access to the garage. Also note the one-way streets around the hotel. This hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Space Needle and a short drive from Pike Place Market. We would definitely stay here again. Other things to note:
- Some rooms do have direct views of the Space Needle but these rooms cost a little more. Instead, you can have the same views from the rooftop terrace.
- There are restrooms conveniently located in the lobby.
- Stair access available through all floors including the garage.
- Parking spaces in the garage are small/tight but there is plenty of parking space available.
- Parking garage is secured with a gate that requires card key access
