The location in Seattle can't be beat. We fly up from Hawaii to see the Lady Gaga concert (which was awesome btw) and went to MOPOP, Space Needle, and rode the monorail to Pike Place. Super convenient! The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and large! Love this place! Will definitely stay here again!

Check-in was 4:00 which was too late for our evening plans (already a 4:00 pm check out is very late, but we planned around that time). Check-in was 4:00 which was too late for our evening plans (already a 4:00 pm check out is very late, but we planned around that time). Staff would not check with housekeeping on providing an estimate so as a result we couldn't check in to our room and get settled. Ultimately didn't check in until after all of our plans were done for the evening when the whole point of reserving was to spend time close to our event without the hassles of parking and traffic after the event (concert). The worse part was the smugness of the staff with no empathy at all at the inconveniece this caused as if was just normal course of business for the hotel. Our room was not ready until 5:30 but by that time we were not longer able to check-in prior. Read less

We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt House. Our room was very clean, organized, and relaxing. The breakfast was a nice balance of healthy and hearty. The coffee was really good, which is not usually the case with chain hotels. Overall, we will come back to Seattle for the sole purpose of staying here again.

This is a great hotel that is within walking distance of Seattles main attractions. Loved the hotel and I would recommend and come back.

Great hotel next to needle arranged a ride to the pier right when we were checking in,they offered free breakfast was main reasons I choose this hotel
