Had a great stay the location was perfect. Luis at the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable about any questions my husband and I had about the area and the hotel amenities. Customer service goes a long way and Luis was great. The pool and gym were awesome

My AC stopped working in August in the middle of the night on my 3rd night of a 4 night stay. I had to walk to the desk at 2 AM because the person at the front desk did not want to talk to me and hung up on me then would not answer my call. My line was still ringing when i arrived at the front desk because I put it on speaker, left it ringing and went to the front desk. Security was called on me and I was given a fan. Just fyi, I am 59 year old 5 ft tall women that they could call security on but had no one to answer my call when I was trying to resolve it that way. We moved AFTER a giant fiasco and half of my Saturday (all morning fighting - not what I wanted to do) not because the AC but a condom wrapper was left on the floor under the night stand that my husband saw when he put on his shoes on Saturday morning to go down to fight with the manager. I was told they would comp us the night from hell. Apparently that manager forgot to even note it. No comps, no extra points. No one knew anything about our situation. NOTHING! Then I tried to get my car from valet to get out of there, but they were not "parking cars". I said I just want to drive mine away from here. After 5-10 minutes , I was given my key fob and I headed down to get my own car way underground in creepy garage, which is one reason I always valet park and will not stay in a hotel that does not have valet. BUT they charged me full price for valet of $54 a night versus $36 for self parking. I was charged for all 4 nights of valet. They stopped parking cars on my 2nd day. The food is overpriced. There is no staff. The management is nonexistent or certainly not visible. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE. ITS A SCAM! Its also VERY GROSS TO HAVE ANOTHER PERSON CONDOM BY MY BED!!!
I was charged dearly for every little thing. I am very disappointed that this place even has the Hilton brand.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. At first glance, the lobby and the restaurants are very nice. But when I entered my room, there was a terrible smell that was intolerable. I called the front desk and asked to be changed to a different room. The second room didn’t have a strong smell, so I stayed in it until I realized when I opened the closet door that there was visible mold all over the sides of the wall. I could not believe that this hotel allows mold to grow to that extent it can make somebody seriously sick. The management did not seem to care at all. I really hope that they do a mold remediation project of their rooms.

Want to write a brief review of my stay at the Hilton Hotel in Austin Texas. My wife and I stayed at the hotel on Friday July 18th and Saturday July 19th and we left on Sunday July 20th. Everything went well during our stay. Our room wad very nice, clean and the bed was also comfortable. The only recommendation that I would make is that the water pressure was a little soft or light. When leaving on Sunday I want to give a thank you to a guy named Luis assisted usvwith checking out. Luis delivered exceptional service when he assisted us. On Saturday morning I ate at the Austin Taco Project on Saturday and my bill amount was not accurate as it appeared as if extra gratuity was added so my final bill was over the amount that I had agreed to pay. Luis told me that he would take care of it and that I shouldn't worry about anything. He didn't question me and made me feel like he really cared about me and my concern. It's employees like this that make customers want to stay at your hotel in the future. While staying at the hotel all of the hotel employees that I came across were very friendly. I will be staying at this hotel again in the future..
