The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The AC was very strong, which is perfect for the hot weather in May. This was our first time traveling with a two year old and 7 month old and we knew something would or could go wrong. Hands down Chris was nothing short of amazing. He was so kind and caring to our issue and went above and beyond to accommodate my family. Every employee of the hotel always had a smile and was incredibly kind. From everyone at the front desk, the valet guys and even the incredibly sweet lady who attended to the breakfast/dining area who was always so nice to my toddler every day of our stay. Couldn’t say enough good things about the staff. The chief engineer was one of the most down to earth people who helped as well to move our families room and resolve our issue. Although I’m not a huge fan of Austin as a city, if ever visiting again, I would absolutely stay at this hotel!

Very helpful, accommodating, and cheerful staff. Awesome valet staff, which you definitely need as there is no easy parking downtown. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to downtown shops and restaurants. Very glad we chose to stay here.
