Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Good amenities. Good breakfast.
The only minus is an exorbitant parking fee with a valley service that extorts tips for every move.
Good stay

Excellent stay for a wedding. The pool is a bit lackluster, however if you're not into swimming, everything else was great... Especially breakfast!

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was a real highlight with a great variety — cereal, fruit, pancakes, eggs, bacon, plus plenty more, along with tea, coffee, and fruit juices.
What really stood out was the service — after I checked out, they kindly let me sit in the reception area for a couple of hours to wait out a rainstorm. It’s those little things that make a big difference.
I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Austin and would highly recommend it to others.

Stayed here for one night on 6/14 to celebrate a friends birthday and was a little apprehensive because I had never stayed at a Hyatt hotel, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival, we were greeted by their great valet staff, Dallas and Dylan, who advised us that overnight parking was $57 but that we could pay to park on the street, which we did for about $30, but they still kept our keys and made sure our vehicle was safe. The room was nice and spacious, and the bathroom was clean with nice water pressure. The dry off towels on the high shelf INSIDE the shower was a nice touch, too. The only con was that the AC was loud in the room. Breakfast was impressive—chicken and pork sausage, eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, and more. The hotel is walkable to tons of restaurants and just 3 blocks from the lively 6th Street. Overall, it was a great stay. Hyatt just made it to my hotel roster—I’ll definitely be back.
