Cedric Bowman went above and beyond! Kind, personable, and outstanding customer service. Thank you!!

“Fleas”

This was easily the worst hotel experience of my life and we travel frequently. Without getting into the weeds with listing everything that went wrong (it was a lot) I will just say that the room wasn't available until almost 3 hours after check in, was never cleaned, and that we found fleas in our room. We caught one in a cup, showed the front desk, and they said management would follow up...they have not. We are still waiting to hear back.

“Brunch”

Beautiful hotel! I went to have brunch with a couple of my friends and it was amazing. Huge shout out to Griffen and Bryan in the valet team. They were very sweet and took great care of my car.
