“Unsanitary Hotel Experience”

Holiday Inn HouDo not stay here. My room, 1214, was a complete disaster on October 28, 2025. It was filthy, with dust and debris everywhere. To make matters worse, two of the three lamps in the room had missing lightbulbs, so the room was poorly lit on top of being dirty. The most horrifying part was discovering what looked like DRIED BLOOD STAINS on the remaining lampshade. This is a massive biohazard and a serious health risk. When I complained, the response was insulting. They offered me IHG points as a resolution, but couldn't even get that right—the points were never added to my account. Even worse, they had the audacity to claim that "based on what they saw," it wasn't blood. They didn't bother to inspect the room before my stay or use any kind of chemical test; they just dismissed my legitimate health concern from their desk. This place is a joke. The room was a health hazard, and management is incompetent, offering empty apologies and broken promises. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
