The Greenlink bus is free, and the nearest stop is directly across the street from the hotel. The bus comes every five minutes and stops at 18 points throughout downtown Houston.

“5/5 hotel for Downtown Houston”

Great stay during a weekend trip to Houston! Location is convenient and the interior architecture is a beauty. The noise level is surprisingly quiet and our room was spacious and clean. Great amenities, too! Got to use the fitness center early in the morning (open 24hrs) and the paid valet parking service was very convenient. They retrieved our car very quickly and we were even able to dial in or text valet service to get our car in advance! I wanted to note out some of the valet workers that were especially so kind and had amazing customer service: thank you to Reda, Benji, Mike and Nico! They were super accommodating during our stay and made it even better!

Such a lovely stay even if it was only to sleep! Was surprised by the valet parking fee, but the lady from San Martin with the pretty rings gave me a voucher for coffee and a bagel. The gal at the bagel shop did not charge me for the extra $1.50 over the voucher amount. And Reda was the most helpful and gracious valet. Happy to start my drive back to Dallas feeling valued and appreciated!
