Getting Around

The Greenlink bus is free, and the nearest stop is directly across the street from the hotel. The bus comes every five minutes and stops at 18 points throughout downtown Houston.

I have stayed at this facility multiple times for work trips but this time I experienced someone that changed the game! Mrs. Leah W. greeted me with enthusiasm and compassion. She was both professional and personable. Well done Hyatt! You’ve got a golden goose as your front office manager and she deserves to be treated as the diamond that she is.
