Clearly the cleanness isn't a priority for Hyatt, the bed sheets for examples are replaced every 4-5 days (yes, I intentionally stain the sheet to test), the floor towel is only changed when mixed with the rest of the towels. Don't also expect the warm welcoming and professional hospitality you see in the Middle East or Far East.
Yet, the restaurant staff for breakfast, are the only reason I may consider returning, they know how to welcome, provide service, what clean means, and they greet you with a big smile!

I’ll keep this short and sweet. I am confident this is the best hotel in Houston! You won’t be disappointed! The customer service was amazing, the food was delicious, valet was accommodating, the pool was relaxing, and the hotel was clean!
Overall, my stage was a positive experience.

Rooms were very clean and the front desk staff very helpful. Breakfast was pretty pricey. But that is my only complaint ,overall it was a great trip.
