The Hyatt in downtown Houston is a fixture for business travelers-- and has been one for something like 50 years. Over a period like that many changes happen in the hospitality sectors and, since I don't stay in Houston hotels often, I don't experience the Hyatt condition frequently. I was delighted on this trip to see that while everything in the place was recognizable, it was all recently refurbished, and renewed; all clean and orderly, all things that were expected to be in place and working or available were. Having a place like this takes much of the edge off of business travel. Thanks for that. Read less
