This was a great facility for anyone wanting to visit Bryce Canyon. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, hot tub was nice to use after a long day hiking in Bryce Canyon and the laudry area was clean and had everything we needed The hotel also had plenty of free parking, and a shuttle bus to take you into town and the park.

We were three couples and stayed at the Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel during our trip to various National Parks in Utah during early May 2025. The location was great, just outside the National Park. We got two rooms with a connecting door that was very convenient. The bedding was extremely comfortable. With a coffee maker and Starbucks coffee the morning started briskly. The mini refrigerator and microwave oven in the room were handy to store and reheat food. The hotel offered free breakfast that we could not avail as it started only at 6:30 am. However, we were offered a Grab and Go breakfast (a brown bag with a cereal bar, fruit, and a bottle of water) to get started with our outdoor activities before sunrise. The hotel had a nice lounge with a coffee vending machine (24 hours). It had some amnesties such as general store/giftshop that guests can avail at the Best Western Ruby Lodge across the street. A laundry facility was available. The hotel and the rooms were clean and very appealing. There is plenty of parking. The Bryce Canyon National Park shuttle service and many other outdoor activities were within a short distance (less than 2 miles). We stayed one night in the Lodge at Bryce Canyon inside the National Park for its proximity to Sunrise and Sunset Points, and to the rim of the Canyon. However, staying at the Best Western was also convenient as we could take the Park Shuttle Bus without concern of finding parking near viewing area or trailheads. We enjoyed our comfortable and relaxing stay at the Best Western Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel after outdoor activities at the National Park. I will recommend the Best Western Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel during your visit without any reservations. Read less

This Best Western is the best of the best. Excellent in every way. Our room was spacious, very clean, extremely updated, breakfast was great, parking was ample. The people behind the front desk were welcoming and helpful. If we are back in the area, we would be sure to book at this Best Western!

SUCH A COMFORTABLE WELCOMING HOTEL!!! My sister and I stayed at this location during our annual birthday trip, April 16-17. We look for comfort, location and quiet at the end of a long day of hiking and we found it in this Best Western. The lobby is open and inviting. Many guests were sitting by the fire and just lounging enjoying the atmosphere. They serve coffee/espresso/water/lemonade in the lobby throughout the day. The rooms are clean and the beds soooooooo comfortable!!! Large rolling carts to help with luggage. We requested additional towels and they were immediately brought to the room. The views from our room were stunning. Breakfast is served and there is a HUGE variety available for everyone! The only complaint would be the coffee maker in the room, it really didn't work. So we were thankful for the coffee and espresso machine in the lobby. We had snow our last night (a LOT of snow) and the young lady at the front desk was so kind to loan me an ice scrapper and brush to clear what I could from my car at 5:30 in the morning. Had she not it would have taken FOREVER to clear it. To one and all, we thank you for taking care of us and making our stay so enjoyable!! Read less

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was good. The hotel was very clean. I highly recommend staying here while you visit Bryce Canyon. There is not a lot to do in town besides the park. We mostly ate across the street at Ruby’s. We also did not utilize the shuttle system into the park. This hotel does include a stop, which is nice. We chose to drive into the park early and had no issues finding a parking spot at Sunrise Point. Read less
