This is a large resort in a very convenient location, just minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park and nearby attractions. Our room was spacious, which made for a comfortable stay, especially with kids. There is also a market across the street that is fun to browse, although prices are on the higher side.
Breakfast options were a hit with my kids, but choices were somewhat limited for those with dietary restrictions.
The biggest drawback was the customer service experience. The rooms themselves feel dated, and the front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. Prior to arrival, I called to adjust my reservation and was advised to handle it in person to maintain my original rate. However, when I attempted to do so at check-in, there was resistance and the rate could not be honored, which was frustrating.
Dining options nearby are limited. The restaurant across the street, Ruby’s, fills up quickly, and while it offers an all-you-can-eat salad bar, the food overall was fairly bland.
Despite these issues, the location and spacious accommodations make it a solid option for visiting Bryce.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars if I could get even one smile from the 4 front desk staff I interacted with. None of them seemed interested or overly helpful.
Hotel is well located, 1.5 miles to park entrance. Easy check in and check out.
Rooms are well sized, but a little dated.
Breakfast buffet was substantial, with enough vegetarian and vegan options.
Well stocked gym, heated pool and jacuzzi.
